Whataburger, Kingsville TX

I give a low review. Because the fries were old and had to much salt. The #5 the burger was so sloppy. The lettuce had the white parts and big pieces. I have never had bad service.

The WORST pancake I’ve ever eaten in my life. So greasy and smells like meat. Please remove it from your menu. However, your honey bbq chicken sandwich -Texas Toast- and Dr. Pepper shake are so yummy.

Tried to order tea burgers. One combo the other by itself. Had to repeat my order 3 times. Cashier still got it wrong. Got 3 burgers, no cheese on one that should have cheese. This is not the first time they got our order wrong. Have to be very clear and simple on order. These kids don't listen.

It was horrible. I have to wait 15 and it was Barely warm the Straws We were Too small And they forgot fries. I recommend not going. It will be a waste of your time and money

This restaurant always brings their A game. They are super quick with orders. This restaurant is right off of US Hwy 77 so it gets very busy but food comes out fast and is fresh!

Texas toast bread was burnt. To the point you can't enjoy it. Leaving that lingering aftertaste. But the fries were a fresh batch, just right. I ate my sandwich without the bread, so that wasn't filling. Just be careful when toasting your bread people.

Great ordered on the app and called when I got there was walking from my hotel. And they asked me to wait by doors after 12a then they bought the order outside to me.

Fries and burger are as you should come to expect. Everything was good. But what I appreciated they were cleaning frequently touched surfaces. Bathroom could be better if dining in.

Food prepared the way l asked for. Hot and ready to enjoy!
Drivethru staff was distracted talking and laughing with a boy crew member and shut door before i could even finish my sentance.

The worst service, ordered curbside and had to wait 30 minutes while employees bought pictures from a street vendor. Then half the order was cold. Employees watched me and did nothing but stare.

Bad service took them 20 minutes to get me my 2 coffes and a chocolate shake.the employees never came to the front dine in area and ignored me the entire time.

Only ordered 3 burgers and got charged for 3 meals then I got home to find the burgers wernt even the correct way I ordered them

No better Burger anywhere if you have not tried it you need to come on down and give it a try plus they're open 24 hours A-day

I've tried several attempts to love their curbside service and it fails everytime. They never bother to check up on the curbside event hough it literally in the front by the door. I waited over 30 min in my car and no one came out to ask what order was mine. I had to get down and ask for my order and even then it wasn't ready. They are alway running crazy in there, they have no game plan. No one knows what is being done or what is already done.

Not able to stay social distanced while waiting for take out. Parking stalls are narrow, got door dinged in the lot and the guy just walked away.

Stopped in for breakfast on our way home. Used the clean restroom and ordered breakfast to go. The staff was very friendly! Got in the car and started driving and realized I was shorted a taquito. Not a problem, their friendliness made up for the mistake.

I ordered a large strawberry and chocolate shake that ended up just being chocolate when asking them if it was chocolate and strawberry the lady said idk I think so.and then she said yupp half way home im realizing it was just chocolate ‍️

Well I was waiting on my taco and I was talking to the lady at the cash register very nice young girl. Some grouchy older woman asked me what am I doing, I reply I'm waiting on my taco. I will never go back there again because I don't like grouchy people, what happened to good customer service like the lady at the cash register.

The service was good, the burger met the expectations as usual.the fries however were old or refried not great. The soda was flat but since we were just passing through couldn't go back.

Stopped by on my way to San Antonio last night, as I approached the door the manager opened the door and said, "Sorry lobby is closed already, need to go thru drive thru" to which I said "I'm in that big truck (18wheeler) then without hesitation he said he can take my order outside, i got my order in quick time and was back on the road. Thank you to the manager and staff for a great tasting burger and for taking an extra step to keep customers Happy.
