Whataburger, Houston TX

Decided to surprise my husband on his dinner break, which was at 7. The drive thru line was hella long at least 11 Cars so I went in and ordered. Ordered him a Swiss Mushrooms burger, a larger fries and large onion rings. Took them at least 25 minutes to make my order. My surprise was ruin and my poor husband dinner break was over before I could take him his food.

Very bad experience today again, I only ordered the 3 pcs chicken tenders……literally gave me two, this wasn’t the first time it happened so I opened it in the driver threw in front of the cashier and waited 10 mins just of them talking to give me my order correctly!

Ordered Whataburger with everything on the side and confirmed that order was understood. When I reached the widow I was directed to wait in front for this very simple order. Once they did bring out order it was handed to me and employee left promptly. The order was of course wrong so I had to go thru the drive-thru and the wait in line again. I was not offered an apology for the mistake only asked to pull around to the front once again to wait for order to see if they would get it right this time. They did get it right the second time and she waited for me to check my order. Took some time but nice comeback, a timely experience nevertheless

Food is prepared well here and the service is good too. Whataburger just needs a better and cheaper kids menu. Spent $25.90 on 4 kids meals.could have made groceries at Jack for that.

The night crew is horrible over 45 minutes to get a order this place has turned into a joke. Do not go to this the north wayside location its horrible

Today I order a three meat Whataburger and the meat was cold along with the cheese. It was a disappointing take out experience.

This is the only fastfood restaurant in America that should be called slow food. I have no idea how hard is to fry frozen food. Always is the same in this location at any moment of the day the drive thru is over crowded.

Bought combo meal, while normally no issues, this time they gave me a burger which was good. Luke warm limp fries, and a drink of warm tea.
Never mentioned not having any ice until after i paid for the meal.and they handed me the drink with no ice. Warm Tea, really.would have gotten a bottle drink if i knew,

This place is not open 24 hours. Their drive thru is open 24 hours if you want to wait 2-3 hours just to have the ability to order. I was stuck in a line with no ability to even exit out of the line. Worthless staff has no idea of customer service. Do not come to this location…. They have zero sense of emergency. 2 hours to order is not a 24 hour service. Please stop false advertising!

It’s never very hott and fries are usually soggy. But it’s the only place around here that isn’t McDonald’s or Burger King.

I order from this location multiple times a month. It’s conveniently located right off i10/ 610 for me. The line is always long but they keep it moving steadily. I have a large family so we have large orders and they get our food out fast. Recently, I downloaded the app to start getting some points for all the money I’m spending! Lol. I order ahead, save my favorite orders and order curbside pickup now. It’s amazing! It’s like Texas magic! Whataburger is clutch and this location gets it done every time. Never had a problem here.

Well even though this time around the service was very slow and the fact that I had order curbside pick up and it was 1 large fries, 1 medium fires, 1 large onion rings, and an apple pie (very small order) and the lady that came after me got a huge order first, really upset me. But luckily I am a patience person and I called them and told them I've been waiting for over 20 minutes for my order. And then they finally brought it to me. I still give what a burger 3 stars because I love what a burger and I understand they are always busy but next time please try to be more vigilant of small orders and get them out of the way.

Very bad service!
I ask for a #2 meat well done, toasted buns both sides, bacon & jalapenos, no tomatos, no oñions, mayo no mustard and I got the entire order wrong!
My wife asked for a cobb salad with crispy chicken but only got the salad with no ranch dressing nor the chicken! And no fork nor napkin!

Over 18min and they ended up forgetting my order. They compensated me by giving me a large fry over my medium fry. Restaurant was empty by the way. Never come to this location.

Service is always slow here. To be one of the more popular locations you would think they would have a faster speed of service.

Always enjoy a Whataburger #1 but service has gone down and prices have gone up. Overall I will continue to enjoy a Whataburger!

I had their new grilled chicken sandwich. It was really good. I also tried their onion rings. They were pretty good too.
