Whataburger, Houston TX

I love this Whataburger but when they get busy, they breakdown quickly. Got my order wrong after 30 minutes of waiting inside. Rough one.

Right off I-69. Convenient, good service and good food. And nobody said a word about me carrying a 9mm Glock. Very professional.

Food was cold, after waiting about 20 minutes to get it. Poor service. Food wasn't good at all.

Consistently gets my order wrong and takes twice as long as any other location. Def check your food before you drive off.

Solid whataburger location. The service is solid, however, a bit on inconsistencies on the quality of food and online ordering process. I'll continue to visit this location out of convenience, but not worth a detour

Yall, I have to give this whataburger praise. I go to a lot of fast food places for breakfast and this whataburger is hands down the most consistant and accurate, even with add ons. I didnt go here often in the past but in the last few months it's been a rising favorite just simply because it's always accurate and good. The cashiers are friendly too. Not to be biased, but I usually have a better day after coming here.

All whataburgers are average run-of-the-mill food with usually substandard in-store assistance.

Love the burger. Hate the Styrofoam cups with ill-fitting lids that caused a large Coke to empty in my lap.

Unfortunately I was denied service because I wasn't driving a care. The inside was closed and drive thru was inaccessible. The two employees made me feel horrible because I don't drive. Never again!

I don't know if it's just me but ever since Whataburger was bought out, the meat has gotten thinner, the burgers (and Whatacatch sandwich) are less juicy and the taste just isn't quite the same as it used to be. I noticed the fries seemed over cooked as well. Maybe it's just this location, idk.
Everything was edible but this time I didn't get that same feeling that I really love Whataburger.
Very short staffed and it appeared that customers before me were waiting a while and irritated. Also the ice in the fountain drink dispenser was empty and never refilled the entire 45 minutes I was there and people had to return to the cashier to ask for ice

This is a GOOD Whataburger.
When you get your burger it doesn't look like someone sat on it first.

The service there is always fast, efficient and friendly. I love getting the double patty burger and also love the chicken strips.

They forgot to put a patty on my burger and had to go on the drive thru for and online pickup order

This drive-thru setup is kind of unusual, especially on days when there is a long line. There is definitely limited space and customers end up being lined up on the main street during those busy times. Regardless, I had a great experience on this visit. There was only one car ahead of me and the service was pretty quick. When I pulled up to the menu board, I was not expecting to see that a chocolate mint shake is available for a limited time. Chocolate mint is probably my most favorite flavor of most things (ice cream, candy, etc.). I'm glad that it is being offered right now and would hope that it becomes a permanent flavor on the menu. The staff member that took care of me at the window was pleasant and courteous. It was such a pleasure to interact with her. Oh, I must say that my order was prepared to perfection. The cheese on my potato, egg, and cheese taquitos were melted to perfection. This is the first time I ordered a taquito from any location and it was this well prepared. The hash browns were right on point. I have to say thank you to whoever prepared that taquito because it was excellent. Have to stop by this location more frequently when I'm in the area.
