18The order started off casual but qhen I asked the guy about a particular item he seemed to get upset about repeating himself. So after placing my complete order while he was listing off the order I pull up (while he was still talking) to the window. At the window he realized it was me and said something to another employee disrespectfully so I told hem to say it to me personally. Once again if you dont like dealing with people then get out of the service industry. Teach your employees better, this didnt deserve 1 star!
Service this day was horrible. I work from home did order via app. Picked up good at 11: 45 should have checked but did not as I had to get back for a call. As soon as I got home saw they left out lemon pie and my chicken sandwich was missing tomatoes and onions. Lucky call was pushed back to 1: 30 so ran back to get them to fix order got there at 12: 25 and by 1: 00pm I was still standing there as people was coming in and out. I asked where was my order and they lost my receipt I gave them, at this point I had to get back to work and just wanted a refund, they told me they could not give one cause I used the app so I just left and called their support. They took my info and said someone would reach out to me in 2 to 5 days that was Dec 17th. I called and spoke to a rude agent who said I just have to wait for them to call me back well it is now Dec 28th I even reached out via Twitter and no response. They can keep the $10.97 I will never order from them again. I did it with McDonald's no issues with erasing them from existence. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in Whatabuger on how they handled this, I feel they are way better then other fast food restaurants and maybe I will forgive but as of now.nope.
It is sad that the young and positive staff make this place better, however others like Marta and another manager Sam are the opposite, it appears that they don't care.
I am posting this because I frequently spend money at this location and I care about the community around this location, 2 people Sam and Marta, so called managers that do not behave professionally and seem to not take their position and business seriously. Continously treat customers and their needs unprofessionally, that can make you feel as a customer belittled, disrespected, and discriminated. I feel that they are not fit to be serving our community as I witness other customers and myself have issues with their actions. Please make a change and make a difference to our community location!
Like mose places due to the pandemic, you have to request at the counter for condiments, napkins and utensils. You can get your own refills though.
Missing side item when order was placed online for delivery. This has happened SEVERAL times. When I called in to report the issue the only offered to give me another side the next time I ordered. Do NOT recommend ordering from this restaurant.
My experience at this location with my orders in the past have been unpleasant as well, particularly from managers Marta and Sam, it is a shame because it is not cheap to eat there!
I appreciate the fact when the long got long the sent out order taker with a tablet and got a 2nd line going! Way to go whataburger!
I stopped by Whataburger on Fry and Little York this morning at 5: 52 am. To my surprise there were no other cars in line so this shouldn't have taken 15 minutes to get out and order that consisted of a breakfast platter and breakfast burger (no special requests at all). When I finally get the cashier's (Yasmin M.) attention to ask what was going on she comes to the window to ask me to pull for some hash rows. Are you kidding me? I literally live 2 minutes from this restaurant and when I got home the food wasn't even hot. Very poor service and management needs to be on their job better, as well.
This was the worst. I waited a few days to write this so that I could calm some before I reviewed this location. What has happened here? It used to be great but now it is disappointing. The drive thru was extra long so I went inside. Only 1 person in front of me. 8 minutes later I placed my order of chicken strips (nothing customized). 48 minutes later I got my order. Others in the restaurant were getting angry. People's orders were coming out in the wring order. The manager there was questioned by other people several times and she was so rude to them. I was horrified by her behavior. One worker was cleaning trays and another was just scooping fries. Needless to say, my food was cold when I finally got it. The manager handed it to me and said, I tossed in some apple pies. Wow. I would rather have gotten an apology for the wait. I will go to another location until this one can be fixed.
JUST RECEIVED MY DOORDASH IRDER AND YOU GUYS COMPLETELY MESSED UP! This is my first experience not coming back and i heard everyone bragging about the spicy ketchup and it wasnt even there bye
Terrible service. Waited for my food at least 15-20 minutes. And then I got my food but the guy in front of me didn’t so I waited another 5 minutes! The food is delicious but this location is not it.
Good burgers and great milkshakes. Being a busy location, expect a bit of a wait time at the drive thru when ordering on certain days of the week in the evenings.
I order a double meat add the whatachicken patty like I've done easily at other whataburgers because a long time ago yall messed up this same burger so i figured I'd give yall some time to get that act together and once again yall failed me chicken patty was cold and old I waited in line forever for sub par food.
Whataburger is one of our favorites and Has been for years. Today our food was cold and the fries were super salty (as if the salt was actually dumped in). Maybe it was the location >. < YUCK!
If you have 30 minutes to sit in the drive thru, this is your place. I have had a long wait every time I have went. I don't know how are why they are so slow here.
The lady at the window was not very nice. The cheeseburger I got was not even warm. Do better Whataburger & the prices are outrageous.
This location is ok but makes mistakes amd doesn't like to correct them. Ordered a Sweet&Spicy bacon burger no onion and extra extra extra sauce and got no sauce at all and light onions.
