Wish the drive thru was faster. But that's what I get for being lazy! And not just going inside. Foods always, and you get that good ol back home feeling inside
COLD Whataburger - Donated to Whataburger's charity and received a coupon to receive a Whataburger in return. Did a walk in take away, drove the short distance home and then discovered the unfortunate item. That is to say what I received was a cold to the touch Whataburger even the cheese wasn't melted. The sad part is the attendant had to know it was cold since (again) it was cold to the touch. How could she not. So this Whataburger was NOTA-Whataburger! Whataburger YOU CAN DO BETTER! So it's In-And-Out Burger from now on!
Man they need a whole new staff, horrible service, horrible order of operation. How is that 2 ppl behind me get their drinks before me, and order was wrong
It was really fast the service and fresh and also for my big order I got a wonderful Whataburger bag thank you so much and happy holidays!
When is late and I don't want to cook for dinner, this place will never let me down.
The burgers in here are so consistent in quality and taste, no matter the time.

Soggy fries & half boxes of onion rings. I have had better whataburger experiences elsewhere.
Horrible experience I got burgers with no meat and my order was completely wrong. All of the employees working were rude.
What’s the point of ordering online ahead of time if they’re still gonna take an hour to give you your food
I can never get breakfast on time and finally was able to order taquitos! Sadly they were not as great tasting as some of the other locations in Austin. (William Cannon and I-35 hasn't disappointed yet)
Do not come to this location if you like whataburger it’ll ruin it for you. Service is always so slow. Only 2 cars in front of me and it took 30 mins to just get to the order window then I waited for 10 mins until they came on. No one on line in front of me at this point just terrible. And everything is always cold.
Horrible customer service, they never put what you order in bag, food is cold most of the time. I would go out of your way to go to the next one if you're craving Whataburger.
Love their chocolate shakes and their "Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger".
No one comes close to having a comparable burger.
Drive through took 15 minutes from order to food pick up. I know they are likey short staffed like everyone else
Food was good. Service is a little slow for the number of employees. Manager came around to check on how things were.
