Whataburger, San Antonio TX

I'm at the window waiting for my order.
I've very disappointed. I came for breakfast. Only to be told they don't have 30 minutes all the ingredients to have breakfast no cuffs even get a soda pop they had no lids for whatever cups they did have. No ketchup and many more excetera.
I'm home now I order the patty melt. It hardly tastle like one. Patty burned. Fries are old.

Haven't came to this location bc as everyone knows they would mess up the oder some how, but looks newly remodeled and looks like a new manager and hopefully a new crew. Anyways oder was on point with no line so they doing something right finally, food was made perfectly will come back hopefully it stays like that.

This was a whataburger in San Antonio that I'm rating. It's was not worth my time. Their milkshake machines were out of service and only selling vanilla shakes. Men's bathroom was not available at the time of my visit. Definitely not going back.

It took awhile I think they were having problems with the speaker outside until they sent someone out there to take our orders

Most humilatitng experience in my life. Sooooo saddd and humilatitng. The employees gathered to mock me. I was told it's been two months Sir. It's been two months. I had not been in SA in 6 weeks. But okay I guess I will not ever come back to this Whataburger. For $22 I told her. I don't need the $22. It was humilatitng.

The Whataburger on S. Zarzamora near SW Military had the usual good breakfast. I had a Dr's appointment nearby at 8 AM, so I got a Sausage Taquito Whatameal. Hadn't drank enough coffee yet, so finished that 1st. Ate most of taquito before office opened. After appointment, finished taquito on way to bus stop. Ate hash brown sticks on bus. Food was good, as it usually is at Whataburger.

Wonderful experience. Did a curbside order for me and my co-workers. Middle aged woman came out and greeted me respectfully. Assisted me with placing the food and drinks in my car. Even gave her an orange KN-95 mask being it's Whataburger. Good job!

The breakfast taquitos are very good for the price made fresh.not like McDonald's where they are microwave.a very decent size with 2 you should be good to go

Love this place! The Papa Asada is delicious! Also, a great dish to share is Discada. You will find something really good every time you visit this place.

So this Whataburger had like maybe three or four employees working one night and it was packed well actually it wasn't packed until me and my wife and our friend got there but then it got packed and one of the employees was eating but besides that we got the food that we wanted we paid with a gift card and cash very helpful even the manager came out and helped besides it being cold and kind of dirty where we sat at this was a good location.

The store was clean and being cleaned and the restroom was spotless. The food was hot and fresh. The service was beyond O. P.

Night shift manager workin the drive thru gon get herself dragged the way she got outta line food cold as hell, had us waitin 30+ minutes just for them to give us the food and it wasn’t done right.such a shame that a REGULAR EMPLOYEE had more patience and great customer service compared to the MANAGER

They were way too big to get the best results in a cup and the people who are parked in the middle of the road will see the difference Drive thru takes too long but they were very nice and I definitely will be going back there thank you very much and you'll have a wonderful day be safe thank you

On line order.waited outside for 20 minutes past schedule time to be ready. I went inside waited for the cashier to greet me he had on gloves the whole time he said may I help you I responded I have been waiting for my order witch was not ready he turned around and started to make my order "chicken tenders" using his hands that he used to touch the register the money food trays. I told him to stop touching food with dirty gloves he said " I just put sanitizer on my gloves so they are clean. I felt the atom bomb go off in my head. Totally unacceptable

Worst burgers, no taste, and cold.fries were cold and not thoroughly cooked.why do we accept such horrible food.so sad that they are allowed to continue serving such horrible food at this location!

Long lines, order wrong when we got home, fries were cold and rubbery, Sprite needed to be changed out, all carbonation, just not a good experience at all.

Went here around 5pm no rush no long lines ordered a burger but when I got it I noticed the patty was cold I didn't want to complain but I couldn't eat it especially since whata always has a cold salad on top. So I went up and told the cashier my burger was cold and I haven't even tooken a bite out of it my chesse wasn't even melted, it wasnt even warm enough to stick the patty to the cheese. When I got my burger back it seemed as if they simply took the patty out of the bun and cooked it again on one side since one side was more fried than the other but in the end my burger still wasn't even warm with the same thing with the cheese. Very disappointed female manager seemed rude aswell. I love coming to whataburger but I will reconsider for awhile

Fries were cold and even after repeating my order 3 or 4 times it was still wrong, they refused to replace the fries and said that we had them awhile already, but we were still in the line waiting for our other food. Rude manager and inept employees.

A little busy but as usual line moves fast never an issue with my food very nice employees very helpful as well my go-to location

I waited in line for almost 30 minutes and when I finally got my food I was in a rush to leave when I got home I was missing fries hashbrowns and a sandwich worst location to buy food from.
