Whataburger, Giddings TX

The black girl with multi-colored hair is the rudest person I have come across in years. If she hates her job that much- she should quit.

The trash was so full I couldn't dispose of the tray. My burger was so cold the cheese couldn't melt. One tea empty and the other was the worst ever! At least 10 employees so no excuse for this. Pass this store by.

Food was good but the service was terrible, service was so slow after 20 minutes I went up to the counter to find out what was taking so long and where our food was.

Horrible customer service! I've experienced too many instances of returning food that is prepared incorrectly or saturated with salt! NOT worthy of your hard-earned coin.

They don't put napkins in your to go order and you have to ask for ketchup. Won't be stopping at this Whataburger again.

Ordered curbside at 11: 05ish and the app said it would be ready 11: 15-11: 17. I did not see it written anywhere in the app that they don't do curbside after 11. That's fine- but it doesn't even inform you to go through the drive thru. My husband waited and when he finally got ahold of them they said to drive through. When he finally got to the window my food had been sitting there for over 35 minutes and it was cold and squished and missing items. They didn't bother to remake anything and were utterly useless.

This location is run terribly! Waited 30 mins for our food while watching everyone who “works” here move at a snails pace. Even the manager barely picked up her feet. Finally got our food and everything was cold. Would not recommend you stop at this location.

I'm not saying anything bad about whatabuger I love the place
But my food was over cooked two different meals and it took about 25 minutes

It was fast friendly service in the middle of a lunch rush I felt bad for going in there but apparently they was ready I got my food faster than I expected

Waited in line for 20 minutes. 6 cars ahead of me. Finally placing my order only to be told they do not have shakes at the moment. Maybe take down all the shake signs in the grass? Got to the window and was told they are out of gravy. No apologies. Just asked what other sauces I would like. I would like what I ordered. Staff is very short with customers and unapologetic. I left with no food and went to Taco Bell where they were extremely nice.

Long.long.wait - Over 45 mins in drive- thru!
At 2: 30.asked why it was taking so long- they respond with short staffed.looked up reviews- same - same reviews long wait!
Will not ever be stopping in at this place. Keep Driving.

Road trip stop on the way home. No pictures; I was driving. The girl who took our order on May 7th, 2021 (Mother’s Day) around 3 pm in the drive through was terrific. Repeated the order, was patient, professional and got it all correct. The food was good too, but rarely do I have anything to complain about with Whataburger (I love my Whataburger!). I just hope this information makes it to the girl because she went above and beyond!

Usually a pretty long wait at the drive-thru, food compared to other locations is mediocre at best. Employees aren't rude, but they aren't really friendly either.

Took 30 minutes to get food. Burger was cold. Not warm. Cold! We were driving back to Houston so we couldn't turn around.

Food is usually hot, fresh, n taste great. They're customer service skills needs work and the wait in line at times is ridiculously long.

This location stayed open during bad weather when a lot of other restaurants had closed early. Our group of 14 was welcomed in and served hot food quickly at 9pm last night. The best Whataburger. Thank you.

Wow not only was the coffee cold the lady at the register was very rude I try to understand that it must be very difficult to be pregnant and working at a fast food restaurant
All i wanted was a hot cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich it was around 8am place was not busy
