Restaurant Whataburger reviews
18Terrible Terrible, drive thru was wrapped around building so I decided to go in and order dinner for my family of 3,40 mins later received my order with no apologies from anyone and Ice machine was broke
Always fresh! Plus, the fries at this location are to die for and always on point! I'm craving a number 1 with cheese and ketchup only as I type this! If only the Dr Pepper shake was a year round thing!
There is NO FAST at this Whataburger! Took FOREVER to get food through the drive through…Called store and only received a sigh from the attendant… Then they tried to give us the wrong order twice!
Finally went into the store and spoke with the manager and she couldn’t even get the order correct… (which consisted of 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks). Meanwhile two other managers in the store refused to help! Finally I just asked for my money back and left!
Save your time and go to another restaurant! Horrible service, this Whataburger is in desperate need of a corporate overhaul because they are damaging the brand!
After several negative attempts we returned back to this location out of sheer desperation. At first all looked well. The drive thru was moving fast, for the location, and we were making progress. It only took 10 minutes to get through 3 cars. Everything took a turn as we got to the window. There was no one there, not for about 5 minutes. When someone did arrive he had a bag, leaned out and asked what we had.turns out he had the wrong bag. Cue more waiting. After 15 more minutes of watching 5-6 employees walk back and forth doing nothing but laughing and chattering about (it was night shift I wouldn't have minded were it not for the wait) and one girl coming back 4 times to refill cups that were already full, we received our food. So thats 30 minutes in line for a single bland burger and stale fries. They did actually remember to put some ketchup in this time though. Try to avoid this location unless you're absolutely desperate and even then, there are several other fast food locations in the same parking lot.choose wisely.
I understand that there is short staffing right now, but when we order 10 minutes before getting to the restaurant with only two things in the order, and have to wait 20 more minutes to get our food (we had a mobile order) AND a different car gets their food after only waiting for about 5 minutes, it can be irritating. It's also wasn't very busy at the time. I don't mean to sound like I don't appreciate the work all staff are putting in right now, but it was a very annoying experience, probably the worst one I've had since the short staffing mess started. Order was also VERY messed up. Worker who was helping was very kind, but this was a very bad experience.
Probably the worst managed drive through in North TX. Don’t know why we keep coming back. Been in line for 20 plus minutes. Two workers taking payment in the first window doing nothing. Super frustrating. If you want good drive through service go to Chick-fil-A!
Purchased this Chicken Sandwich Drive thru at 6: 00 pm on December 15,2021 and it was nasty. That is the wrong service, I am sure that none of the employees would it this.
Just a friendly suggestion: drain the taquito fixings if possible before wrapping in tortilla. The last couple of times I've ordered they've been really juicy. Other than that I have no complaints. Keep up the good work!
This was my go to store when hungry but after all the messups and overcharging I have decided never to return to this one.
Fries were warm and old. Burger was cold. There was not any ice in the entire building so the fountain drinks were flat and cool. Not a good experience from this Whataburger location.
Use the drive-through even it's absurdly long. They do not prioritize in-store customers as you've already paid and aren't blocking their revenue-stream. I've waited inside multiple times for over 20 minutes while the drive just flows and flows. It's terribly noticeable.
15 people in line, only one register operating. Manager had a chip on her shoulder with other guests and did not make any attempts to get another register operating. 5 people walked in, saw the line, and left. Not a great way to build sales. No effort on customer service or execution.
Staff was very organized and collected while a huge group of about 50-60 middle school football players came in. Ian especially, he was a total sweetheart. Love the service here and it was worth the wait:)
We were excited to eat in the restaurant, and it was the worst! Our order took about 20 minutes to get to us, and our burgers were cold. They said they would make us new burgers and they came back warming, and one was raw in the middle. Just bad!
This location was really busy while we were there. Dirty tables and floors. Drink machine had no carbonation. Unfortunately, they didn't tell us this when ordering drinks, even though there was a sign on the machine so they knew about it.
Horrible location! My son loves Whataburger before games and you can’t get through the line in less than 20 minutes- even at 6am. Today I thought I’d try different and order in the App. Pulled in to the parking spot and checked in. 45 min later left with no food. Called the store and the morning manager said it’s not his problem. Avoid this location!
This was my first time having Whats burger and the initial experience left much to be desired. The guy taking our order was rude and very short. We couldn't even finish ordering before being cut off. I ordered my burger without onions and verified as we were paying before getting the food that it was correct. We get the food and there was onions on my burger and they didn't give us the sauces we ordered. We went inside to have them fix it, which they did but then gave us the wrong sauces. I don't care how good the food is I will not be back.
Slow service even after lunch time.
“Contactless” option required me to hand the guy my phone. Sorta the opposite of contactless.
Orders were right and food was good.
