Whataburger, Wylie TX

This is my favorite location. Brad is a working hard person my order was fast and good taste. Thanks guys!

I've been to this Whataburger plenty of times and they usually didn't disappoint, but the past 3 times I've come here they've forgotten items from my order. At this point it seems they forget items on purpose to avoid having to remake the items for someone else's order. I wouldn't suggest ordering food from this location, at least in the evening, that's when most of the issues occur.

My sister and I drove up to the drive through placed our order and pulled up to the window, the lady repeated our order and my sister asked her once again to repeat the order just to make sure, after driving home found a hamburger missing and the sprite tasted so horrible, made you want to throw up, not only was the order wrong, than my sister paid the cashier $20 cash and I used my app to finish paying the balance due, than I go to find out they took the full amount from my whataburger app and kept the $20 cash, I went back to whataburger to confront the store manger and he went to count the cash draw and found the $20 cash, we didn’t even get an apology, he just gave me the money and that’s it, my last time going to the whataburger on 78 in Wylie Texas.

We sat at the second drive through lane for 15 minutes, with no greeting or response from anyone. Then we pulled up, stopped at the window, and asked the purple haired attendant that walked out, if the second lane was even open, only to be barked at “YES, WE’RE JUST BUSY! ”

Cool, I’ll keep my money.

Absolute horrible service was in drive thru for 45 mins and wasn't helped. I backed out and made a mobile order, which I've been waiting another 45 mins for. They promised me the food to be ready 20 mins ago, and here I stand still waiting for my food. That's 1 hr and 50 mins I've been waiting for literally 1 meal and a kids meal. The management couldn't care less and I will never be a customer here again by

This location never disappoints. Sometimes the order can take a little longer than expected, but the food is fresh and the order is accurate. The staff is pretty friendly, one guy named KC is always exceptionally kind to us, and I’ve seen him work the drive thru, carry out and order at the front register. Definitely the only Whataburger my family and I go to!

5/26 (7: 00) just got back home and wanted to compliment an employee named KC. While I was waiting for my mobile order, he chatted me up and made the time go by a little faster. An older employee behind the register kind of reprimanded him for talking with me.but I appreciated him. Wish more employees where like him.

They did not include the frys with my chicken strip combo meal. It's absolutely irritating when you get home and the order is Incomplete. It's more gas and hassle to go back and have this corrected than to never go back. So, stop ripping people off!

The service is great but a little bit slow but the food was very good and the aura was great the place is kid friendly they handle Karen's right

This whataburger is terrible! I have never had an issue with whataburger until they built this location. Tonight I received a RAW burger RAW that is gross and can make someone really sick. The customer service is also awful asked for ketchup was screamed at that their were 2 in the bag (which were spicy and not what I wanted) then the girl slammed the window shut and turned around while I was asking for regular ketchup. This location needs training bad.

I want to apologize to those working at the highway78 Wylie location the morning of 03/09/23. Forgetting to put a sandwich in my order did not warrant the reaction. Everyone was nice and kept their cool.

It’s a hit and miss sometimes here for their shakes. I’ve had my shakes super watery before going thru the drive through… we like to get shakes often from whataburger. Just make sure you check your shake before you leave to insure it’s thick. There food we haven’t had any issues with. It’s a convenient and good location.

Food can be stellar, as long as they get it right. Recently needed a burger remade, only to find that it was messed up again when I got home to eat it. Is it really too much to expect that they get it right the second time?

Did drive thru and they where as quick as excited. But eggs where not over cooked and food was NOT put together sloppy so it was good!
