Whataburger, Laredo TX

Cant express how amazing this location was. I read other 1,2 & 3 star reviews and they don’t do it justice. When we went in there wasn’t a wait, food was very good and their service was exceptional.
Other locations can learn from the crew that waited on us last Saturday 2/11/23 at 8pm

I’d have to say this is by far the BEST Whataburger I’ve ever eaten at. They are exceptional and all locations can learn from this one. Wish I would have taken pictures but I didn’t.

Really clean and attentive staff in this location. Monica, the manager, does a great job with costumers.

God bless this place for allowing me to place an order inside after it was closed because i'm a trucker. I can't pull up at the 24 hr deive through with my 18 wheeler, so they allowed me to place an order inside anyways.

I feel very appreciated and greatful for their kindness to truckers. All you truckers out there, show this place some love. Burger was great and service was superb. I'll be back!

Would have given this place five stars but since they want to charge 60 cents a piece for ranch dressing.you get what you give

This place has bad service, please make an effort to hire new personnel who have insatiable hunger for success.

It's always packed here but worth it! Nothing beats the good old whataburger. Highly recommend the sweet and spicy bacon burger!

I hate giving Whataburger anything less than 5 stars but this specific location needs to step up their game. The fries are always cold and soggy, the lines/wait times are longer than 15 minutes every time I go, and my orders are not correct 3/4 times that I go.

Ordered at drive thru, and made a special order, perfect everything was freshly made and great customer service, drive thru definitely deserves a great recommendation,

Food is the same but it is utterly heartbreaking that they do not have the Dr Pepper milkshake like every other Whataburger in Laredo. Stopped by here for the convenience only to be gut punched by thier lack of my favorite milkshake. Please for the love of all that is holy bring back the Dr. Pepper milkshake!

Rude. Slow customer service. Waited longer for my food than expected. I ordered before others and they received there’s. And they charged me for dipping sauce when I ordered chicken tenders.

Came here in my semi to get something to eat. They have top notch customer service and food good quality food. The guy that took my order deserve a pay increase, very professional. Definitely gonna recommend this WHATABURGER TO EVERYONE. Place was clean and organized also employees was doin thier job as well. Wish the rest of country was like this. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

I've never reviewed a whataburger ever! But this one was clean and the employees were so nice. I thought it was Chick fil A at first lol. Keep up the good work!

Just placed an online order and the lovely cashier lady (i’m sorry I didn’t get her name) was super nice!:)
She also gave me a cookie because they didn’t have any shakes. I really appreciated it and can definitely say I love this whataburger: ~)
