18Is this a joke? My order was purposefully messed up because there’s no way whatever this is was to be confused with what I ordered. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
First time going to Whataburger and ended up leaving without my food after sitting in the drive thru 15 minites with no movement. There were only 3 cars in front of me when I showed up.
If I can give the service more than five stars I definitely but they literally are amazing
We had two mobile orders today and they messed the both up. The first we let slide because it was close enough and the missing item had been a free one.
For some reason we decided we wanted lunch there too. They royally messed it up after having us wait from the time of check in to delivery to the car, 28 minutes.
Wife called to get a refund on the missing stuff and the manager, Dee, took and attitude, and then so did my wife. The manager hung up on her. So I got to waste 45 more minutes to get the order fixed.
Avoid this location. They are extremely slow and it is apparent that management is likely the main problem.
Food was cold, ketchup wasn’t provided, no napkins. Grilled onions weren’t grilled. I’ll never return to this location.
If anyone ever wants a great whataburger. I suggest the whataburger on 281 & 44 in Alice Tx… I promise you won’t be disappointed. Even the customer service is above expectations.
I ordered a sausage, egg, & cheese biscuit. The busicuit was burned, and it had a fishy smell.
The store and parking lot will be completely empty and you’ll still wait 40 minutes for one meal. Have fun ordering here. Waste of time.
SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE! #1 whataburger had no cheese or grilled jalapeños. The lettuce wasn’t good because it was brown and yellow. #8 double meat JR didn’t have cheese or grilled onions. The meat was chopped up for some reason and the lettuce was also bad. Devin the manager didn’t seem phased by the complaint and just said “bring your receipt next time you come in we will fix it. ” No apology or reassurance that they will talk to the crew members about these wrong orders. Every time I order here, whether it’s online or in store, my order is never 100% correct.
We visited on the 4th of July. Although the place was not crowded and drive through was not terribly busy, the service was slow and it took some time to receive our meal. The staff was friendly and the food was great though.
Burgers were good until my son found a plastic bread closure in between the patties on his double.
Clean, friendly staff, & helpful! I had a very large order & one of the staff was kind enough to help me carry everything to my vehicle. I ordered the box of 10 double Whataburger's with cheese & 2 family fries. Everything was made to order & hot. I sincerely appreciate it!
One of the best strawberry shakes I've had from a fast food chain. I hear the peach shake is amazing. Can't wait to try it if it comes back.
The restroom had pee all over the seat and the whole place was a mess. The trash was over filled and the font drink machine was dirty. I don't recommend coming here at all.
Thank you Whataburger for recognizing teachers this week with a free breakfast entree! I had the Honey butter chicken biscuit and it was delicious!

I asked for my burger to be cut in half, and they ONLY CUT the top portion. I had to TEAR THE REST of it! It was SO MESSY AND HARD TO PICK UP, that I had to eat it with a knife and fork!
It was absolutely freezing in the dining room. AC was blowing hard, cooling the food too. My Jr burger patty was overcooked and in pieces! Too many french fries were cooked early, sit on the rack, and then served cold. Staff was friendly, order was correct. Could use some improvements.
I went through the drive thru, and they gave me my drink and asked me to pull forward as my food was being prepared. I waited in my car for 5 minutes before going inside to wait another 5 minutes. They came and asked what I ordered 3 times before getting my food. I guess the only good thing is that it was hot and fresh.
