Broken tooth!

The Whataburger corporation really needs to increase their quality specifications on their hamburger meat. I love Whataburgers but in almost every burger I get, there is a tiny piece of bone in it. I don’t find bone chips at other burger places. I have been lucky that I have not broken a tooth until today. I ordered a double meat (#2) and as usual, I found a piece of bone in my mouth. But there was a second one which I bit down on and it broke my molar. In my mind, “acceptable bone content” is a specification that can be changed. I am sure it is just a question of whether the Whataburger management is more concerned about their customers’ dental safety, or the additional cost for a stricter standard. It is disappointing, as Whataburger is my favorite burger place. I think I will be heeding those tv cows and “eat mor chikin”.

Normally this restaurant is very solid. Must have been trying a new cook. The burgers, and onion rings were just way over salted. The service was good, prompt, and courteous. The restaurant and drive up were clear clean and tidy.

Very good hamburgers and fries, we did not try the other dishes, it will be another time. The place was packed, and the self serve outside, full too, lots of people on Friday 07/21/23.

Best burgers in town! Yet Im disappointed in my experience. I ordered 2 combos with large onion rings and they gave me french fries! Ugh!

WORST Whataburger I’ve ever been to. Nobody greets you, I walked up to the register said hi to the cashier & she just stared at me. Food took forever, when we finally got it, the girl literally threw the tray at us… didn’t even ask if we wanted sauce. Work on y’all’s customer service:)

I visited this Whataburger location (Katy Fwy near Pin Oak) during Teacher Appreciation week May 2023, and each morning I received The Best friendly and courteous service as a walk in customer. I was even given a complementary cup of coffee and a cookie one morning along with the already free breakfast sandwich offered. Thank you ma’am!

First time trying not impressed with the strawberry malt has weird after taste, sweet tea isn’t hardly sweet.got sandwich was supposed to have grilled onions, mayo, ketchup but had regular onions, mustard on it I most likely won’t have this restaurant ever again

Good fast food option. Only issue is when ordering online, they always forget some of the requested food items. They need to pay more attention as happen very frequently, other than that all ok.

This is one of the cleanest whataburger I have visited. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

So worth waiting for. We stopped in coming nack to Houston from San Antonio. This is our 2nd or 3rd time stopping in to this location on Mason Rd in Katy, Tx. Food is great and the service was superb at first until our most recent visit. Little children working there (ok they are teens, but act like children) sitting there being loud and cursing. Another employee told him to stop and of course he did not. So, minus a star. Otherwise I would recommend.

Friendly staff. Food always correct. We love the app ordering and usually go more when the buffalo ranch sandwich is back.

My burger had hair on it. Waited in drive thru for several minutes. The atmosphere is like any other fast food joint.

They get my order wrong EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! I understand that it happens sometimes, but every single time that I have ever ordered from this location, they get my order wrong. I would rather go out of my way to a different location than ever come to this one again! I HATE this location. They have terrible service!

I really think this specific location has the best customer service I have seen at a Whataburger! Cassie King, the worker who helped me was extremely nice and funny at the same time! Will always be coming back

Waited inside for over 30 min for a med shake and fries only for everyone and their grandma to get food before me. I tested it out and got curbside first to my empty car outside before they attempted to start making anything. Be better

Should've read the reviews before stopping here. Looks like I'm not the only person who did not get what they paid for.
