21Waited for a very long time to get our food, then they got the order wrong despite us having to confirm what we wanted to many times over.
While we dined in, we saw 5 orders go back to the counter. 4 were drive-thru orders and 1 was a dine in order. This was in a short 30-min span. Our food was subpar with the meat being dry and the toppings bring sparse. You can tell they have a younger crew working in the kitchen, and they need more training. I don't know how they will handle a busier
Waited for an hour for my order figured it would be quicker than the drive-thru and it was a nightmare manager needs to improve his performance in running the restaurant
This place needs to get their cat together. They keep getting me medium fries instead of Large. I am paying for large. Check your order before you drive off.
Waited over an hour in line even after ordering online. The online app said your your will be ready at 2: 40 a m.and it state that I gave pickup through drive through but I didn't I had wait that long. Single line about 12 cars ahead if me see pic. It was very slow. It was around 3: 45 a.m when drove away with my order.
If people were very polite and professional they greeted us upon entry the food came out excellent but it took almost 37 minutes to get our food that was the only downside of our visit there
The last 3 times I have ordered from this whataburger I was missed entire meals and the meal I did receive we not correct.
Went to Whataburger on Rigsby San Antonio Texas had a bad experience order a number one and a number five took 20 minutes to get our orders and by time we receive them in dining or food was cold Iother people got there Before us and got served I told manager but totally lacking manager skills
Whataburger's food quality has been going downhill. No longer my go to place. I rather support a local mom and pop where I get better quality and service.
Ordered over the phone customer service was fast and friendly. When I picked it up food was hot I suggest the Whatever your favorite is they all fill you up.
Ordered at drive-thru, took awhile, got home, unraped my order, discussing double meat and cheese was lopp-sided. Was Not prepared the way i ordered, and the chicken sandwich. This is 1 of a few reasons i don't go here, lastime was over 2 years ago.
Except for the long lines, because of weather, they were great. The employees were very cheerful and nice. I imagine people had been yelling at them all day and night. Trucks could not make deliveries and San Antonio had to boil water, so they couldn't get drinks. This was the worst storm in 122 years and people were behaving like animals. At least they were open. I commend them for being open and doing the best they could do.
Love the food, but workers are really sloppy with their work, they talk a lot instead of making sure they are fixing the burgers the way the customer ordered them, which is why everytime I go I check my order before leaving and I always see a mistake like 3 out 5 times. CHECK YOUR ORDERS TO AVOID A ANGRY EXPERIENCE!
Food was cold today as it has been for the last three times I visited this location. I keep hoping it will get better, but it's best to drive to a different location. Even the Sprite wasn't even Sprite. It was just carbonated water. Clearly, they forgot to add the syrup mix. Service was friendly. Food horrible.
Within the last two weeks their hamburgers have been cold and the french fries were warm. You better off going to a different location. The manager is aware of this problem.
Food was great but the curbside took almost 15min longer wait after order was supposedly ready. I had to call the store to get my order. Only 2 other in the curbside pickup.
My order was incomplete. Drove away and noticed my Dr. Pepper shake was missing. Had to fight traffic on Rigsby to get back in and out. Also the nuggets were TERTIBLE. Small burned and dried pieces.
Do not use the app to do a mobile order at the Rigsby location. 4 out of 5 times they screw the order up and I am getting tired of having to contact a manager to fix their screw ups. How hard is it to add cheese and bacon to a chicken sandwich that I paid extra for?
Called and asked if dining room was open. They answered yes. Got to restaurant and dining room was locked. Manager didn't even want to speak with me and pointed me to the drive thru.: (I remember when Whataburger used to be above the rest with their customer service. GONE ARE THE DAYS.
Well the food was good once I got it. Ordered like normal payed like normal. Then they lost my order. Within 3 minutes of paying for it. The guy helping once it was realized worked fast to fix it. Cuddos to him. Great job he deserves 5 stars for his quick response.
