Whataburger, Dallas TX

Very unfriendly service, they hold onto your credit card for an uncomfortable amount of time, and the guy at the window Gavin, dropped my food while passing it to me at the drive-through window and just laughed about it. Terrible location and probably needs to be shut down.

The cashier acted like he had better things to do than take our order. Ive worked fast food. Yeah you're bored and it sucks but you NEVER make the customer feel like you are better than helping them.

I went close to midnight on a Friday. The young gentleman taking payments and delivering orders outside at the drive thru was a star. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The manager came out to make sure I was ok too and shook my hand. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Service was fast too! This is my new favorite Whataburger location. 10/10.

Didnt give me the sauce for my chicken strips again. Why do they ask at the drive thru if they aren't going to put it in with my meal.

Made my meal exactly as requested. Confirmed my order before moving on. Filled my unfillable hunger with their meal deal.

I ordered my food on the app, room about 7 minutes driving to the location and it was ready as soon as I walked in. Fries were perfect and actually salted. The staff was also really friendly and treated me like another person and not an order number.

It's okay. Nice place. Nothing special about this place. Thry didn't bring the ketchup with the orders to the tables like the other Whataburgers do. So we went up to the counter and asked for it each time.

The burger is good but fries are so thin. And whenever in every branch i should wait some minutes to order actually. Tables hadn't been cleaned.

Probably the slowest drive thru in all whataburgers I have been to. They only allow one car through and don’t take the next order until they complete that order. Waited in the drive thru for 20 min and only saw one car go through. Left after waiting for 10 minutes and still had one car in front of me waiting for their order to be taken. Saw two cars leave the line to go inside and they left with their orders.

The only reason for a 4 and not a 5 star review, is the freakin price. It's not a "gourmet" burger joint but those are starting to feel like gourmet prices. However, if you've never put your mouth around an original AL whataburger or ANY o e of their specialty burgers, or even if you have, and you have the extra dough. I highly recommend a burger (doesn't matter which one), with onion rings (or fries but their O-rings are great), and a vanilla shake (their vanilla shake is different, just perfect) This is what I try to do once every paycheck. Garland Buckingham location is Godawful, Burger was soggy fries stale, I went back 2 weeks later got the same terrible results this particular store has ruined Whataburger for me, I've been to other Whataburgers that fortunately were still pretty good but it's no longer my 1st choice for Cheeseburgers

Food 10/10 (do not compare with places where a burger costs 5 times the price please)
Service 10/10 (The first shift has very good customer service
Place 8/10 if you are not attentive you can enter another place in the car
Hygiene 9/10 during the visit the place could be seen neat

Whoever made my burger and fries on 4/10/2023 at approximately 3: 02PM deserves raises haha. This location 9 out of 10 times is great. I don’t really leave reviews in general but thought this one location does. Great stuff!
