Whataburger, El Paso TX

This whataburger has gone from bad to worse over the years. Maybe it's the type of people they hire at this location, but the orders always take long and are always wrong.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS WHATABURGER 0 STARS. This whataburger by far is the worst I have ever been to. It always takes so long to get my order and it’s always wrong. I’ve been waiting here for an hour in the drive through and yet still, I’m nowhere near getting my food. Same as last time, and they got my order completely wrong. Someone needs to get a new manager and fix this. It’s insane how slow they are.

Have always liked their burgers. Used to make the late night run for their taquitos all the time when in collage.

I love whataburger but today was the worst. My daughter is at the Children's hospital nearby and I decided to surprise my girlfriend with some whataburger and the food was cold. My fries were hard and cold. Just a horrible experience.

When it comes to good old American burgers, this is the closest fast food chain where you'll get that. So it is with a heavy heart that I report my disappointment about this particular store. The customer service is awful. The managers barely acknowledged my presence when I wanted to voice a complaint. The food wasn't packed correctly and it was cold.

Drive-thru was a mess. It seems as if you were training a new employee by herself during peak hours. I felt so bad for her I just kept my flat drink bc I didn't want her to go further in the weeds.

Location near UTEP very busy yet friendly service. We used Combo #1 to get a free green chile bacon burger which was tasty. We only wish our burgers were warmer.

As delicious as always, unlike church, I come here for the whole experience without the guilt.

Also, my shirt always disappears when eating here.

This is the worst Whataburger in the city. Always takes forever and always messing up orders.

Fast, friendly service. Parking lot is kind of small, so when swinging through after a night out the drive-thru can get kind of backed up. The honey butter chicken biscuit & breakfast burger are, as always.

One of us had the barbecue chicken sandwich, the bread was burnt, the chicken was dry, the only thing that has flavor was the barbecue sauce. The grill cheese were so dry, it was awful. I will never go there to eat again.

I went for a standard #12, crispy chicken sandwich. It wasn't up to par, that's for sure. I got the sandwich, onion rings, and a milkshake. They gave me a spicy sandwich, didn't offer ketchup, and gave me a milkshake in a different cup than their typical cups. It was a smaller milkshake than I was supposed to get and it was pretty melted. Whataburger has gone downhill since they were bought out by the company from the Midwest.

It’s ridiculous how much do you have to wait in line for two people to take care of 12 cars well four of the employees are laughing around eating lunch in the managers back-and-forth talking to them and to know you’re right next to a hospital doctors and nurses need to get in and out what is shame
