Whataburger, Austin TX

Wonderfully yummy! We went for a late night snack, food took a little to come out, but it was FRESH! Definitely will be going back.

A homeless guy snatched my food on the way out, and I told the employee about the situation, and his only response was, "Oh well, that's life, I guess. " He didn't offer to replace my order. I had to pay again. Even though the incident happened on whataburger's property, So, to feed my family, whataburger cost me near 90 bucks. VERY UPSETTING! But it's okay. I guess if the homeless guy needed my food enough to steal it, I don't mind giving it to him.

Disappointing experience. Arrived at 11: 00 PM for breakfast. It took over 30 minutes just to get a coffee. When asked, they kept saying they were still working on starting the breakfast items. The security guard, dressed in "tactical attire, " should be educated as well. She was extremely vulnerable, which could have rippled to all guests. Sat in the middle of the bench so no guests could sit while totally entrenched watching videos on her phone. The entire visit was just horrible. However, when the food finally arrived, it was good.

I already knew it was gonna be a wait so I asked for fresh burger they said ok I waited 30mn and still got cold burgers

Food order wrong Mgr said come back with the burger and we will remake the order. Took it back, waited 15 minutes to get remake so I said just give me my money. He would not do it without calling his Mgr. That really sucked. Go somewhere else Whatasucks.

Service here has gone downhill. If you order curbside and actually receive your food, consider yourself lucky. Management does not seem to care about their poor customer service. Whataburgers are no longer family owned, but owned by a corporation out of Chicago.

Walked in and noticed no one was at the cashier. Waited a bit and finally someone came out to take my order. Place was ok but some areas were not clean. Food was good. Went to use the restroom and it was locked, took a while to find some one that had the “code”. Looks like they did not have enough employees.

I got my food after people behind me in line got their food. Yes I was made and let them know about it.

'Twas the hour after The Cure concert had ended. Goths were flocking from all over to visit this Whataburger. Meaning that it was incredibly busy, but the staff were efficient and kept a smile even while dealing with some obnoxious customers. Really appreciate it y'all, keep on trooping

He had my burger made right up and even threw in a free french fry.

One of favorite spots but they need to do something about the homeless loitering around and on the restaurant… update, so I come again, it is always the same, homeless people loitering around the store with bad BO. Management won’t do anything about it, saw some crazy mon sitting on the corner charging his electronics wish was probably stolen from other near by stores, and he is carrying 2 machetes in his back pack.

Not the best experience, the lady refused to speak spanish even tho she knew the language and they messed up our orders, gave us a whole different burger,

We’ve been here 3 times and they have always taken over 20 minutes in just a sandwich and fries. Don’t come if you are in a hurry.

This place is incredibly popular after 10pm. The staff are always pressed but remain cool with whatever problems occurs.

People seem to worry too much on the homeless around here. I understand their concern but if you want to complain about them, then try to do something about them. Be the solution to the problem. Stop complaining. You could easily have been in their shoes. All the cashier did was make other customers uneasy over a homeless man coming in and wanting a cup of coffee. It's not professional to bicker to your customers about other people. I had to take my food out to my car because of all the negativity that was being displayed.
