Whataburger, Corpus Christi TX

I ordered the buffalo ranch chicken tender sandwich of which they no longer serve, but she did tell me I could order one and have the dressings on the side so I ordered it and it tasted horrible and it was just a big sloppy mess! Worst meal I've had in a long time there, plus it was $9.00! Huge waste of my money!

If there was a way to give a negative number of stars I would. Look at my other reviews, very seldom do I rate anything less than 4 stars, most of the time, 5 stars. We had been on the road for 7 hours and needed a good supper but didnt have time for a solid dine in restaurant. We decided to chose this place for a quick bite it eat. Bad mistake! Ordered a simple number 1 with fries and chocolate mint shake. Simple right? Nothing special. We waited about 14 minutes (busy night at around 9pm) and we received our order than back on the road again. The burger was not even warm, there was so much mustard on it that it squoze out the sides and the "limited time" special shake was had a extremely fake flavor. Could not even taste the chocolate nor the mint. This was our first (and last) visit to this chain of restaurants. The logo is that they dont try to sell the most burgers only the best, making a jab at McDonald's. Well, I dont really care for McDonald's all that much but at least their food is always at the right temp, not layered in mustard and their chocolate shakes taste like a shake.
We tossed the food and shake. We didn't take time to turn around on the highway to head back for a refund or exchange, I already waited too much highway time for nasty first vist.
Beware! Not sure what changed (if anything) but we had heard good things about this chain, we are not impressed and will not be back.

Always great service with a smile and the food is spot in. Have tried something new every time and have never been disappointed! Love it!

Forgot the hash browns in my order a few mornings ago, I added a small fry to the breakfast and might have been the mix up, but all other visits, fast and accurate!

I went through drive thru and waited a long time to order, which is understandable because it is Sunday after church. I should have checked each burger to make sure we had the correct order but didn't because i didn't want to hold up the traffic behind me. Big mistake. They gave us a patty melt burger instead of the pico de gallo burger. My hubby has been craving the pick de gallo for his cheat meal. I wasn't about to drive back so I cut each burger in half and hubby and I ate half of each. Not only was the service slow but it makes it worse when you don't get the food you paid for.

Whataworst customer service… this was our first experience visiting whataburger. We walked in to this location on 9/4 and we’re able to walk right up to order. No employees were at the register to take our order. We waited patiently as we could see staff busily moving around. During our long time waiting, multiple staff came up to the register we were at but they avoided eye contact with us at all costs and didn’t even say a word to us before walking away. After 4 employees did this same process, my family and I decided to leave to go find a different restaurant to eat at. Extremely disappointed in our experience and I don’t think we will be going to whataburger again after this.

Ordered a cheese burger with bacon it came out wrong no cheese or bacon and wrong vegetables. Sent it back to the kitchen it then came out wrong again still had no cheese and wrong vegetables. Finally went to the counter and just asked for cheese to add it myself. Plus cashier got mad and questioned me when I told her it was wrong. Overall bad experience.

Haven't been here in a year because they always forget something in my order. Tried again and the forgot my hotsauce even though I mentioned it twice.

Wings were not freshly cook and dry. Served cold to touch. Burger classic was good and brisket burger was good. Will not order wings next time.

Ordered a burger and fries and when I got home I found a cockroach in my fries. Great place to eat if you like roaches for lunch!

Excellent service, the food was good. They must be rationing mustard and mayo because we couldn't find it on our burgers.

I placed an order through drive through I asked for 2 chocolate chip cookies and the lady said it would take a while and I said it’s ok I don’t mind it took me about 5 min to get to the window to pay and the girl in the window repeated my order but she didn’t mention any cookies so I asked her did you add the 2 chocolate chip cookies and she said yes so I paid and left got home I have 2 boys and they were both going to get one cookie each until I see and find out there was only one maybe I’m over exaggerating but I wish they could have been honest with me so I could stop somewhere else

Took too long, had an hour for lunch but spent most of it in line.when I got back, I opened bag and fries were cold, one side of patty cooked, other side not cooked- gross and lettuce was brown- yuk! I'm taking it back and asking for a refund- do not want another burger from there.

They had a employee walk out and another call in sick. I understand that but it took 25 minutes to get our food. Since we had a doctor appointment to get to, we had to drop the food off at home and get to the appointment.

Delicious burgers, French fries and shakes.a Texas establishment! I love the Sweet and Spicy Bacon burger and the Mushroom Swiss burger

The good was okay the chicken stripes were very dry and hard sadly and that was all three boxes I ordered I was kinda disappointed. The wait was also kind of long for it not being busy and the food not being so fresh.
