Whataburger, Cypress TX

It was weird just sitting here watching the two kids working at the window chit chat with each other having a grand old time meanwhile everyone in the Drive-Thru is sitting here waiting for 15 to 20 minutes for our "fast food order". All just for them to put mayo on my #5 and not mustard.

6/25/23 update: be prepared to wait for service. I went in around lunch time. One employee was cleaning the doors, but she was the ONLY person in the front of the restaurant. Employees working the back of house walked by and made eye contact, but kept on going. I waited 3 minutes and nobody came to take my order. I promptly left and I won't be back even though this location is less than 2 minutes from home.

Edit: about 1 out of 5 times they get my order wrong at the register. I forget to look at my receipt, so when I verify with the order delivery person it is correct. I think there is a language barrier. I guess I should learn Spanish.

This place is so slow to prepare the food. Sitting here for 10 minutes while they prepare biscuit sandwich. Isn't this supposed to be fast food?

Terrible wait times, and lately more and more orders are wrong. At least macdonalds is fast for the wrong items

One of the best locations! Good /Fast service, friendly staff, food ALWAYS hot and fresh! They are CONSISTENTLY good! Definitely starts at the leadership down.my fav location, great job!

No syrup for pancakes for my son no cream for coffe or sugar. I was not even asked if i like condiments only asked i wanted ketchup. But why with pancakes bad way to start my bad morning wish people would put love into there work. Maybe you can make different BE SOMEONE

Very verbally rude and childish staff. Definitely has to be recent hires based on how the other recent reviews also feel the same way.

Honestly the people here are extremely rude.
I've worked at a fast food place before and I was never this rude and I got paid horribly.
The people working here need to humble them selves. Every time we go here something goes wrong with our order. They charged us for 2 cinnamon rolls tonight and bbq and didn't even give us the cinnamon rolls or the bbq. Its ridiculous we all work hard for our money we deserve to get what we pay for. I think if that were to happen to them they would be upset too. Not only that but the stafff in general was extremely sarcastic.super rude. I love my food.but the customer service is at O.it's a shame. I'm very unsatisfied.and I don't want to drive all the Way back to get what I was suppose too from the beginning. I think if they spent less time being sarcastic they would've gotten the order right. And focused on the right thing. I just want a refund at this point of the things left behind. But the phone isn't even answered either.

Terrible service you ask and they don't give you. Do not go to this site it is terrible

It’s a Texas institution, if you’re not from here you won’t like it as much as the place back home. It’s ok. Most of us ordered burgers and I added jalapeños to mine, it’s a nice touch.

Food is always fresh and hot I really appreciate the employees putting the effort to serve me my food hot, not all location do that

This has been my 6th time ordering from here and yall keep giving me unsweet tea when I order sweet tea. If i wanted to drink dirty water i would have ordered unsweet tea. Like holy cow. Y'all are killing me. Im so freaking mad.

The food quality is ok but this location has management issues. The staff is disorganized and they often get our orders wrong.

Yum. I’m a long time Whataburger fan, but just find myself disappointed every time I visit this location. Fries either undercooked or Uber crispy (in the same box), bun seems doughy and flat (potato chip flat). Sad state for an almost $10 hamburger/fry/drink.

Whataburger, the Sensation of all Traditional Burger Lovers. Although regarded as Fast Food the Burger are by far a Top Shelf option. In Mexico, Monterrey in particular, Whataburger is regarded a gourmet fast food option that has taking all the people from Monterrey a blaze. This particular location is in Cypress, my other home away from home. Texas Innovation at its Finest. Shout out to San Antonio. God Bless! La Raza Rey. Bigger Better Burgers. Others are squalid.

I love Whataburger, however, this was the 2nd time that I visited this location. There were approximately 4 cars in in the drive-thru lanes and the wait was about 5-7 minutes between ordering and getting my order. The worst thing is that the food was cold! The sandwiches came with cheese and the cheese was cold & unmelted. I am highly disappointed in the food that this location allowed to leave their restaurant. I will not go here again.
