Restaurant Whataburger reviews
19Been to the Livingston Tx location many times over last 2 years, taking mom to physician. Absolutely the friendliest and cleanest Whataburger I have ever visited. Mom loves this place. Jim Price p.o. Box 1061 Buna, Tx 77612
The customer service at this whataburger is absolutely unmatched. I've never had an order messed up and the food always seems to be fresh and that is to include the fries as well.
Multiple employees have tested positive for cv19 why is the dining area even open profits over life I guess not hungry enough for that.
I bought a chocolate shake and it's just vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup! What made it worse, was that it wasn't even mixed well so I suddenly got a sip of mostly syrup. Guess I'll have to find a better place for shakes, as for the burgers, they always taste good!
Wow is all I can say. Friendliest staff I have ever seen. What was going to be a to go order turned into a dining experience. Really nice suprise.
Make sure before you leave that you order is right.technically they made my order correct but there were onions between the paper and the buns.for anyone who is allergic that's a trip to the hospital they dont need.
Very slow, missing food, some works are very rude, and doesn't know how to address the customer properly. Had a VERY bad experience!
Food was good, but service was horrible. They didn't get our order right but I didn't say anything. The guy running the cash register and the girl beside him were rude.
The staff are wonderful! Food is good. They have a second lane in the drive through for people pulling trailers or large vehicles.
It was a busy lunchtime crowd but the food came out fast, hot and correct order. Very clean! Great employees! Nice big parking lot.
Had to celebrate getting back to Texas with an original What A Burger! Always a pleasure. This location has a small parking lot, no room for RVs or trucks.
Friendly folks. The order was correct except instead of extra cheese on the chicken sandwich they put none. Very apologetic & made it right! Thank you!
They are horrible. Employees are rude and lazy.be ready to wait 20 minutes in to go line. Never get the order right. No more curbside inside is open but its the same as to go. Managers always have an excuse why something happened. Its been this way for a few years now. I keep saying I'm not going back.
There onion rings are the best ever. Their spicy Ketchup is the bomb as well. They have extremely large burgers that are delicious and their sweet and spicy burger is to die for. They do have their bumps now and then like the over night people being rude and slamming the door on you and hiding, but for the most part they are the most consistent what a burger I have been to. P.s. You should try their Dr Pepper shake if you really wanna "shake" things up
Great food. Good service! But why o why do you always serve grape jelly with broken packages and jelly on every pack on the out side? Please resolve a simple but very aggrevating issue especially with only drive through.its all over the car and no 0kace to clean up
Over all very good and it has gotten expensive to get a burger at what a burger.
I just like my fries crunchy.
I believe stopping to get a burger will be on the chopping block.
Back to tacos!
Slow service (we were the only vehicle in the drive thru) and extremely rude. Not to mention they mess your order up and when you go back to get it fixed their attitudes are worse. I'm not sure what's going on, they use to not be that bad.
I needed a quick meal while traveling. I was pleasantly surprised by the tasty fresh burger and fries I was served here. Service was fast but not particularly friendly.
