Whataburger, Forney TX

Absolutely terrible. The lady at the window was leaning on the counter facing away from the window eating chicken strips with her drink on the window ledge. She acted like I was bothering her trying to pay for my food. Instead of turning around to face the window she barely twisted and I had to reach through the window to hand her my card. I know it’s fast food but this is even low by that standard.

Horrible horrible customer service! They are super slow and use the same gloves to make food and check people out with cash etc.

At this particular whataburger. You have about a 70% chance of having garbage food and a 30% chance of getting decent food that meets the normal standard for the chain. It's probably just forney everything here is terrible.

Slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life. It was actually kind of amazing. No customers inside. 2 in drive thru.took 25 minutes to get my order.it wasn’t correct. Received strange facial expressions when asked for the item I paid for.

The DrPepper Dhake machine was broken, and I went in to let them know. They gave me two large drinks for the issue and the number to contact the online app service center since they couldn't refund my shakes from the app. Amazing employees and management at that store.

Whataburger really is a decent fast food place, they bring your order to you. The food is okay. Overall I would say it's a good experience.

Everything was Good, but being in the Service business for 30 yrs I could not help but notice the big kid working the dining area sweeping the same areas for about 20 min back & forth, kinda a funny. Not to mention picking his nose in front of all your customers, pretty Gross.

Messed up my order, took a little longer than other whataburgers, sitting area dirty table, fountain drink area could use a wipe down, people working there looked like they were frustrated and there just to collect check. Like they didn't want to be there. People coming in from drive thru cause order was messed up or something missing fries to to salty.

Go to a different Whataburger. Don't waste your money at this location. I ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit with fries and they gave me a barbecue chicken sandwich with cold fries. Very disappointed.

Went to get “fast food” and had to wait for almost 30+ minutes in the drive through while people were honking. Brought us out drinks out said the food was coming and waited and waited.

The customer service at this location is toooo GOOOD! Thank you so much Kaylona for being so sweet, funny and making recommendations we are coming back just for her!

The service was very slow. The drive through line was long so I went in. There wasn't that many people inside so you would think I would get my food fast. NO! IT took 48 minutes to get my food.

So ridiculously slow. I’ve been to this whataburger at least a dozen times and it has been the slowest “fast food” experience every time. Drive through wait time average is 35 minutes and waiting at the counter runs 30-45 minutes. Also, the customer service leaves much to be desired. I’ve seen two screaming matches. One was a manager vs customer. One was a cashier vs customer. Both due to extreme wait times. They need some serious management changes.

This is the absolutely worse fast food restaurant ever.nothing fast about it.you will wait an hr minimum for food.u better off going to grocery store, going home n cooking a meal.its wayyyy quicker.they are very slow.every time!

The worse whataburger ever. I had rather goto Terrell whataburger. Forney location to many people playing around, and they are alway slow, and they stand around confused. This job isnt hard to do

Hit or miss mostly miss lately shouldn't have to sit in the drive through with it not moving then go in with no one in the dining room, and there only be 1 person working. Yea that happened tonight to my husband. He left. Went somewhere else get it together

This location was absolutely slammed at the time that we arrived, but they still did an awesome job! Thank you for all of your hard work, and patience today with all of us travelers! I hope you all have a Blessed Easter!

I stoped coming here for about a year and was hungry this evening so I decided to try this one more time to only be disappointed again waited 20 minutes after I Ordered finally paid at the window and waited 10 minutes before asking me to fill up to the fire emergency line to wait another 20 for a Re-dipped chicken sandwich that tasted nasty and very cold fries not to mention I ordered onion rings instead of fries…. Most definitely this spot is on my NEVER WILL I EVER LIST

We've given this place way too many chances and they are always understaffed, slow, and really don't care about customer service at all. Food takes forever and is cold, and forget doing curbside, you'll be waiting forever (if you can even get an open spot). The drive thru is so slow, it's painful. Do yourself a favor and drive to Sunnyvale.
