It was an okay place. It was the only place open when I stopped by. Service was decent and the food was good, I will say it was certainly hot. It's not the worst nor the best Whataburger I've visited.
Friendly staff, great food! My only complaint is their bathrooms, wasn't the cleanest and NO BABY CHANGING TABLE
Jesus is a great manager and makes great suggestions. Whataburger always a great place for a burger, chicken sandwich and the salads are quite large and tasty.
Went through the drive through soo slow. The service was terrible. There was no one inside and it still took over 30 minutes to get though the line to even pay for my food. Not even to get my food.
Well we got what we paid for. But it wasn't what we ordered. Didn't check the bag before leaving. That's on us.
Okay. Every single time I pay for a sauce or add anything extra to my food that I get charged for I never get with my order. If you can repeatedly charge me for the extras I ask for you should be able to make sure I get them.

We sat in front of the drive thru speaker after the previous car ordered for over 5 mins with no answer. Finally gave up and just left, and based on the behavior of the person driving the car behind us he was also ignored.
I have a biased opinion because I grew up here loving this place! But an honest review, puts this chain at 4/5 to me. The manager that worked on 03-30-23, was extremely helpful to her staff and was very patient with the new girl at the counter, althewhile, she was teaching multiple jobs.
We came at 12am, I expected the long line. We get it but we waited 30min, got paid out & SUDDENLY A FIGHT occurs with the manager and employee I believe! I was quite flabbergasted! I couldnt even get my food after I had ALREADY paid until the fight was over. I waited about 20 additional minutes ON TOP of my 30min wait because of nonsense. & what did we get in return? Nothing, not a apology, a discount? Comped meal? NOTHING how ridiculous & had the nerve to ask what my meal was AFTER i paid. VERY Unprofessional.
The #1 was delicious and the staff was very professional and courteous! The morning manager is great
