Whataburger, Liberty TX

We went through Drive Thru and it was a very long wait! My hamburger was Cold however the Fries were Fresh and Hot! I was a lil disappointed it's normally Way Better

My mom, son, and I went there and had lunch. Customer service was amazing. Even talked to another customer (well my mom did). Food was good and right.

It was good I haven't been to this Whataburger in years but I decided to stop by and see how it was again and it was great I will go by again and try something different next time I just had a large cheeseburger with sweet tea. I will go back I'll see you guys much love.

Takes a long time the meat they put on the burgers is so thin my grand daughter called it meat C D's lol it is fitting. The drink cups are so thin the puncher when you pick it up. As much as they charge for the food they could afford decent drink containers.

Had the sweet and spicy burger! As always it was delicious I also tried the banana pudding shake! Omg!

Hot and fresh food for sure. Drive through was a bit slow but can't complain too much considering the quality of the food we got.

No napkins nor straws, but food was good except my nearly already melted banana shake! Get it together team!

The food was delicious and the place was very clean, but the staff could've been a little more attentive.

Food was good. Got double charged when i called they would not do anything about it stated they needed my bank ststement. I live in Houston was passing thru Liberty.

I waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thu for 2 burgers. When I finally got my food it was cold and dried out like it had been made for hours just laying on the counter top. There were only 3 cars in line ahead of me and the parking lot was empty. Definitely will not be back until they get better service.

Don't go if you're in a hurry, twice in a row they took over 20 minutes to get my food made. Ever since they hired new people, Liberty Whataburger has not been the same unfortunately.

Food was good. Service was ok. The guy got my drink wrong but gave me a free drink. The dining room was clean no issues.

The best strawberry milkshakes around. And their cheeseburger just ranked as the healthiest fast food cheeseburger in the United States. It ranked 8.4 on the health scale including cholesterol added salt sugar calories and protein.

Positive: food was hot
Negative: too much sauce on sandwich; staff doing unprofessional activity while prep of food

Went through the drive thru and they were more worried about pushing upgrades on my already high priced burger than they were listening to what I actually wanted. They got it right but it wasn't very hot

Dinner time is a joke, a few days ago my wife and dad went to order dinner they went inside and had 2 people walk about before they even ordered. My wife and dad got up to order both people at the front counter were new and needed help they asked for help but the manager was “busy” runing around like his head was cut off. My wife needed up going behind the counter and rang up our order (she use to work at Whataburger for years) after they placed the order she watched 2 more people walk in and get mad and walk right back out cause they couldn’t ring up the orders. Not to mention the people that came in from the drive thru because they got the wrong orders.

The service was great! A nice lady checked on my wife and I twice during our meal to see if we needed anything. The food was delicious and the restaurant and restrooms were spotless.
