11They always take forever to give me my order, no matter what location I'm visiting. Last time they took my order, they gave me the drinks and I was missing one, I was told to go to the next window and they gave me the rest of my order but I was missing a whole combo, I tried to get their attention but no one was close to the window, so I had to park and enter the store to get what I was missing, it was a little bit inconvenient, the whole reason to use the drive throu is to get your order and go.
Absolutely horrible service these two managers that served us were the worse we came to give them back a burger that was made horribly one piece of bacon and one pickle all smashed to one side with no mayo and they basically laughed at us and threw a cup they were going to give us for free on the counter towards us. Than walked away.
The humiliation! I ordered $42 worth of food at this location and once I got home I realized that my entire order was wrong. I called and spoke to the manager named Yuri and explained what happened. She apologized and asked me to come by this location again, so that they would redo my order and make things right. It was late at night so I told her I would have to go another day. She agreed and assured me that it was fine.
Little did I know that they would humiliate me the minute I went to get my order. I spoke to another female manager who I believe said her name is Marlene. She made me explain the situation all over again and then questioned whether that would be true. After the interrogation she had me park up front and left me waiting there until 7 vehicles later. I left in tears because I felt so humiliated when they should be the ones ashamed with their poor service. I would give them 0 stars but they do not have that as an option for their awful people skills and awful service!
They never put ketchup in the bag before bringing out an order to a parked car. Have to get off everytime. Defeats the purpose of a drive thru
Travel through this area all the time we stop at this Whataburger they make really yummy food with great service
The food was amazing but the Hispanic female that was running the drive through on 17 May 2023 in the evening clearly did not want to be there.

I visited during lunch on a Saturday and the restaurant was clean.

It's definitely one of the better Whataburgers here in El Paso
The service was incredibly slow, I ordered a Dr. Pepper and you could see the bottom of it, it was so clear, but the drive thru attendant argued that it was normal. At 4 PM there is no need for a 25 minute wait on a #1 combo.
Never had a bad experience at Whataburger. It's a hometown favorite. Delicious, fresh cooked food and great service. What else can you ask for?
On a road trip I came by about 7am in the morning i ordered lunch. They did take a bit long but i think it’s because it may have been breakfast time but it was delicious.
