13I asked for a bacon cheese with no mustard and with mayonnaise and grill onion and they put mustard and jalapenos on it and I told them and they made me another one but now they put a lot of regular onion and they didn't grill it for me as the cook got angry and I told him wow for awui and they put me to take away and without ketchup or napkin nothing your bad experience are pure kids who work
Have ordered a couple of times for curbside pickup, and they always take more time than what they say. One time, we waited for 10 minutes until my husband decided to go in and saw everyone laughing. Our bag was just sitting on the counter. Food is usually cold and service sucks. Workers get mad at you when you ask for sauces.
Editing my previous review. This location used to be bad. The last 3 times I've gone it seems to be a lot better.
Steven has the best attention, empathy and charisma we all need to see in any client service company, he is a great asset!
I guess the manager is not reading the reviews. (1) Cold Buns make for a bland a burger. (2) Fries are very small. Like “bottom of the bag” small. Cant dip in ketchup without getting your fingers covered in ketchup. This is not the Whataburger I know. This is recently been happening. Wake up and see what the employees are serving. Food quality should match service.
When I use the online service they always take forever to take my order and I get missing items… this morning I went & used the curbside & it took more than 20 minutes for me to get my food to my car. I had to call to see what was going on & they apologized for the wait yet they took maybe another 6 minutes to give me my food. I leave the restaurant and I had ordered some onion rings so I start eating them when I realized there was a hair in one of them it seemed like they had fried it because it was stuck in the onion ring. Never going to that place again, it’s not only me who has complained about management and the wait time and incorrect or missing items. That should’ve been an automatic refund when I got the hair in my food but all I got was a new order of onion rings.
Every time I go to this store, they seem to mess something up. This last visit they didn't give us the correct drinks.
Great food as always, services always with a smile, they care about you. Your truly not a number or a customer…
The line to order was super long. Took me 30 mins to get out of there. It's supposed to be fast food. I was tired and hungry.
Terrible customer service. No one greets you when you come in and they let you wait there for many minutes before coming to take your order. Then it's "can I help you"? Really? If that was my store I would retrain the employees on manners then fire them if they don't follow through. Shameful. And thru the drive through once, it took a good 12 minutes to get 2 taquitos with sausage, egg and cheese.way too slow. Seriously management?

Stopped for breakfast at 8am. Ordered biscuits & gravy. Got a biscuit with a side of gravy. Supposedly they aren't supposed to touch, but that's what biscuits & gravy is. Sounds like they were being lazy

Went to this location back 2 back. Same time period (noon). Ordered on app. Given a promise time & waited additional time (10 minutes) from given time. Fries were a bit sogy/stale
3.5 star experience. This location can be a hit or miss. Can be good/bad customer service/food.
There was a small problem with my order, but they were more than happy to fix the issue. Very professional and helpful.
Great food of course but almost every time we go there, they mess up the order some how. Revolving door of employees tends to do that to a business.
