Whataburger, Houston TX

I know they’re in a rush, but to make your food sloppy and not presentable takes away my appetite. I complain to the manager and she just said she was sorry that’s it. We’re not be coming back. Definitely not recommending nobody.

This whataburger always gets my order right no matter how slammed they are consider this my metaphorical kiss to every worker here y'all have the patience of saints

The food is good, but the service is slow. Went a couple of times late at night and both trips took considerable time in the drive-thru.

Rude and disrespectful management and cashier. Samuel was the cashier and Surgeous was the manager and it is unbelievable that they are on Whataburger payroll. Carina was very nice, respectful, and conducive to the issue to a limited extent. I plan on speaking to management tomorrow.

This is the WORST whataburger I've came across. The fries were extremely too salty. All burgers were messed up. Drinks were not right. Just overall bad.

The young generation is distracted.pay attention at ur work lady n don't take wrong ORDERS!

I’ve ordered breakfast from this location almost twice a week for over a year and I have one thing to say… Don’t order online. You won’t get your condiments even though it’s printed on the ticket.

Service sucked, as soon as we walked in the cashier gave us a dirty look. They ran out of ranch. & they had a leak
Water landed on our food, clothes, table etc.

This Whataburger takes FOR E VER to fulfill an order. I put in a curbside order and arrived 5 minutes early at 2: 35pm. I waited at curbside almost 35 minutes. After the first 20 minutes of waiting, I went inside to see what was going on and the girl at the counter was just putting together my drink order. About 10 minutes after that, the manager came to curbside with my order and an apology for the lateness (as well as an appreciated 2 chocolate cookie bribe, I mean, compensation for the long wait. TBH, that's why this review is 3 stars and not 1 star. Manager made it up in the end.)

It's not the first time this Whataburger's service has sucked. I'm surprised with all the poor reviews that corporate hasn't done anything to reign in this location. However, it seems like this manager is trying, so I will give them another opportunity.

I picked this WB because Airline doesn't have Coke Zero. When the Airline and I-45 location gets Coke Zero, it will be getting my business more often. The best Whataburger in this area of town though is the one off of the North Loop and Shepherd exit.

I went and buy my food and the employee in the evening did horrible service they did my order wrong I told them twice and they still did it wrong I had told about my order and he still did it wrong bad customer service

If you want a burger stay away! They don’t have onion, tomatoes, large drinks, large fries, diet coke or meat! I’m not making this up! After waiting in drive through 1 hour this is what they tell you!

I bought breakfast at midnight. It actually was tasty. Three hours afterwards I woke up vomiting like I was possessed. It lasted for about three hours. Second episode was in the morning, which lasted an additional three hours. That was the only thing I had eaten all day.

This Whataburger has always had a heard time keeping up with clientele. It's in a very popular area. The Burgers are better here than at most. If they could just be quicker like other locations. Then they'll get 5 stars all the way!

Ordered online for pickup. Got to window, realized I was missing an item. Told the worker, his response “oh, it’s for you? I thought it was a door dash order” so basically they’ll just leave stuff off your order expecting DoorDash to cover their literal ineptitude and laziness.

Do better guys.

Never order curbside from here. They never deliver and even if they do, it's wrong and food is cold or never made. The manager on duty Jan 29 at 7pm was ambivalent.
