Whataburger, Vidor TX

Fries were stale and over salted. Burgers were not good. They were cold. The Vidor Store has just gone to pot.

Always been great place to go eat a but this time it was worst than horrible we didn't get anything we requested done to our Burger in our meal no mayo or mustard it was slapped halfway there no cheese, no bacon which we paid for it to gave worst money ever spent very disappointed, cost $24.00

If I could give zero stars I would. They're running some weird double line after you order. We've been stuck for 20 minutes and still not at the front. This IS NOT fast food. It is very slow. Expect a wait.
Got to the front and it was 8.54 for 3 tiny chicken strips and they werent even hot. Will not be going again. Ever.

We were traveling from Alabama back to Texas and stopped here for a quick meal. The employees were inviting and friendly. Looked like they wanted to be there. The food was hot and good. We will be back the next time we come through.

Food came out hot and fresh, but the floors were filthy and very greasy. So slick multiple people commented on it. I even let the team leader know, yet nobody mopped the floor. This lets you know how clean the rest of the kitchen is.

Amazing service rendered and the prices are on par with any other comparable establishment.

It's very good food. The drive through girl was most polite and friendly. The food is a little pricey ok alot pricey! I go there maybe 2xs a yr! Bit it's always good!

Came in right after the rush and was still greeted with a smile, received fresh delicious food, and sat in a clean dining room. Well done.

What happened to fast food. I sat in line for 20 minites with only one vehicle ahead of me to get 1 breakfast on a bun. The person ahead of me received one bag wasn't a large order. I won't be back. They didn't start making my order till I paid at the window.

Clean location. Enough employees to get the job done and everyone's working when we stop. Definitely one of the better stops for an hour each way. Been here a few times. Will return.

Worst customer service imaginable: placed an order in their app. Got there to pick up food and they have no order. I show them my order and proof they had charged my card $34.11. Still refused to make my order.

I just went to the vidor location today, 2/25/23 at 6: 30 in the evening. Whatever team was working that day was crushing it. They are doing an awesome job and doing great at making people get in and out at a timely fashion. Keep up the good work!

I went through Drive thru. It was quick, and the food was excellent. Honey bbq patty melt, onion rings, Dr. Pepper shake. My sister had a cheeseburger, fries, and Dr. Pepper. I had not had Whataburger, in several years. It was great! I will return soon!
