Whataburger, Georgetown TX

For the time of day I went through the drive thru, I expected better all around. I stopped by around 4AM for a breakfast burger combo with a coke. The hash browns were soggy and cold, the egg on my burger was so cold the cheese couldn't and didn't melt. So I had some plastic tasting cheese on a slightly greasy bun with cold egg and sauce. The burger patty was so flat that you could tell they just reheated it underneath the meat press.
I honestly love Whataburger, I've been a huge fan for years so get this conversation. But I was extremely disappointed in this experience. It will be a good long minute before I visit another Whataburger again.

I can’t believe I’m 52 years old and never tried this before. However I’m originally from NYC and we didn’t have many, if any, from what I remember. I have been eating McDonald’s and Burger King here in there throughout my life. After trying Whataburger, it’s not even close, and I can guarantee that I will never, EVER go to McDonald’s or Burger King ever again. NEVER! The service was amazing And the burgers cannot be compared to McDonald’s or Burger King. It’s not even close folks! Highly recommend this place as a fast food option! Plus, for our convenience they’re open 24 hours per day. Great job guys…. You just earned a fast-food customer for life!

I have been to this location twice so far in 2023 and burgers & fries were hot and scrumptious! You can tell everyone’s working hard to get orders out and I appreciate that! Will be back.

Place is clean and service is good just my patty was cold and cheese wouldn't even melt, fries were warm not hot as usual. Overall good place for fast food

LONGEST DRIVE THRU WAIT I'VE EVER HAD. 50 MIN WAIT FOR TWO BURGERS? At least the fries weren't burnt but Sprite tastes like toilet water

Two days ago I stopped by to get some burgers at 2: 30am during my lunch break. I work overnights. No one would answer the speaker for over 5 minutes so i left and I could see employees through the window just sitting on their phones ignoring everything

Placed my order and it took twenty minutes to come out. Cooking time was not good, and the tables were all dirty. The food did not come as ordered. They forgot to put mustard, the extra patty and cheese on one of my orders. Had only asked for one without mustard. Fries were cold once they hit our table. It was so busy that they kept pulling out orders for drive thru very quickly, but if you were dining in you waited longer. I am an avid Whataburger lover, but not satisfied with the one here.

Ordered the honey butter chicken biscuits and well.the was hardly any chicken actually there and the piece that I did get was mostly crust maybe got 1 bite with chicken in it. The both my hashbrown and the biscuits was cold.this is the second time this has happened just won't stop in the morning again.

Not gonna lie; maybe it was the fact I had 2 large fries and a double patty but my stomach was messed up for a few days after this meal. Definitely will revisit, though.

The breakfast tacos were delicious, and the service was excellent. The only downside was the parking lot needs work.

I have been here multiple times and they always fail at everything. Never the right food and service is so slow. Why?

I placed my order on the app ahead of arriving at the store, 4 breakfast on a bun sandwiches, and 3 orders of tots, arrive 10 min later and waited another 20 min for my food, over 30 min for 4 breakfast sandwiches. Horrible.
