The place is good. The food is delivered in a timely manner. I willl go back to it for sure.
24 minutes from receipt to order fulfillment at location. Manager (full ink sleeve one arm served the food. When asked if delay was normal the response was "we are shorthanded" and rudely avoided additional contact. All after watching employees party doing non employment activities (plenty of staff for that) Not worth any free ”offer", you will pay to be ignored at this location
The drive through service has been ridiculously slow for months now—plan on a 15-20 minute wait with only 4-5 cars in line. So disappointing—this store needs a new manager!
Drive through service was top notch and very friendly. This location is the best I’ve ever visited.
When Managers are not present, they are Way behind because they argue and play too much. One girl is wearing sunglasses struggling to see (it's night) complaining about working. Store needs a manger on weekends for sure.
It was not very busy in the restaurant.but drive thru was a nice line. I waited about 20 minutes+ for my order and others did also.itvwas Saturday Oct 28th around 330pm I think. Food was good, but wait was longer than I liked.no apology.
They do have Fuze Raspberry ice tea though.very good stuff.

The young lady at register was nice. The people in back however were back goofing off. The dining room was messy, Out of tea. While waiting for our order my husband cleaned up the whole dining room. Then we finally got our food and well.it was sloppily put together burgers. Cold. Fries were cold and gross. Rarely do we have bad experiences at whataburgers. This was a bad one, sadly because we took our food to a loved one in the hospital who hadn't eaten in a week.
Went through the drive through here. Was told to pull forward. Waited 20 minutes. Went inside. Waited in line for another 15 minutes. Got partially what i ordered, and walked out to never be back. Thank you for ripping me off, and forgetting about me!
Love my server from the Caribbean, keeps me returning to get awesome service, and great experience. Brings a smile to my face to see her and she never let's anything get past her if order isn't correct. Thanks Lady.
I have received poor service at this location routinely. It has been slow and the employees as re sometimes goofing off in the back. At least give the appearance of working. The food is fine.
Kids double meat is great for the price. Still serving the best burger. Great service and the hatch Chile burger is the best
The food is always amazing! & The employees are always friendly. Both make the wait in the drive thru with it.

I waited 20 to 30mins in drive thru for my 1 order. I couldn't leave like OTHER people LEFT because I was stuck in the middle.
They could have more than one person come outside and take the money or bring out the food but they did not. That's my had a bad experience and no one fixed it I had a bad experience again today.

I just had the worst drive-thru experience. To where I had to drive off with no food and had to go pick a different place to eat. I'm very disappointed in them.
When I first walked in there was no one to take my order, finally someone walked out from the kitchen & said she would be with us shortly. Fries were not as hot like they usually are. I get better service & hot fresh food from another Whataburger across town at Loop 340 across from Richland Mall.
Visited in the afternoon; front employees were nonexistent and we were the 5th in line. Took 20 minutes to order, waited another 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich that was fried to death - the chicken was thin, rubbery and flavorless- and cold fries, the tea was sweet water with no tea flavor & I had immediate buyer's remorse. The food quality was poor; not up to historical Whataburger standards, but on the positive side, the root beer tasted like root beer.

For 1 burger and 3 chicken strips. I should have gone inside but it was just as bad as drive thru
We went to eat yesterday at What Burger in Waco on Bosque Blvd, the customer service is bad, the burger was cold, the onion rings tasted like burnt and old oil. We ordered the large combo and they gave us the almost empty package of onion rings
Miguel saved our bacon! Tysm for helping us get out the door, we were in a rush on our way to an appt but didn't know who to ask. You rock!
The people that work here are so very nice. My order is always correct. Everyone always has a smile and they get the job done and they have fun doing it. I enjoy going to places where the people that are working there are having fun and taking care of the customer.
