Whataburger, Grand Prairie TX

Went in to pick up and online order. They said they were making it. Unfortunately I only found out 15 minutes later they did not start it… I also witnessed a worker cleaning up trash with the same gloves he was making the fries with. Do not recommend coming here for whataburger

When I got there the line was long and discouraging. They were impressively fast and got my order right. Very well done

Drive thru was 30 plus minutes, i get to the window to wait another 20 minutes and to drive to the front to wait another 10 minutes for them to bring me my order. No one ever came so I had to go in which defeats the purpose of going to the drive thru and low and behold my order is tucked any.so nobody was gonna bring me my order? Customer service and food was a negative 0 I will happily drive to another whataburger from now on.

This whataburger is pretty good. The food is consistently decent and I've never had an issue with my order. Plus, they get your food out to you pretty fast, which is always a plus. The only time it gets a bit tricky is during peak hours when it can get really busy, but that's expected. I wouldn’t say it’s the best Whataburger in town just because of the occasional really long wait time, but I’d still say it’s a reliable burger spot, can’t go wrong with a Double Whataburger from time to time.

Ordered 2 sandwiches plain which came fully loaded. A diet coke and a dr. Pepper which came as a diet coke and a coke. And finally the drive through moved very slowly as far as these things are concerned.

I just wanted to leave a review for the very nice lady on front counter this morning! Her energy was infectious and she was very kind to everyone who came in. I wish I could’ve gotten her name for the review, but she did a great job and the food was exceptional as always!

Staff are always friendly and the inside is always very clean. They have always gotten my orders correct unlike other fast food burger joints. Food is always hot and fresh!

First time they had no fries. Second time "no products. Waiting on the truck". Don't come here for a late night destination.

Super friendly staff, was eager to help. I didn't get anything but my friend did and he said it was good! I believe him

Used drive-thru so not rating atmosphere. Same good food is always, but at this particular location they will not mix together strawberry and chocolate shakes. This is the first Whataburger that has ever said no.

I’m very upset about this place I went today 01/31 at 05: 00 pm they said we just serve by drive through and you have to be in the car, I explain to manager (Francisco) that I’m truck driver and my truck stuck on the snow because of the weather today i need just sandwich I didn’t eat from morning and everyone closed he said Sory, I told him I came from long way to bring gas for heating for Dallas is that the way you deal with me? He makes me wait 20 min outside freezing after that he said sorry I can’t serve you.thanks Whataburger but let me remind you, you use oil and gas that’s the trucker me and my friends bring it to Dallas and i will tell that story to everyone

Omg I remember now why I don’t go to this food chain. Cold food and can’t follow my order correctly.
