Whataburger, Duncanville TX

This waterburger is so good drive-through is so nice hot food and if you go inside at counter ask for Mrs. Charles

Excellent service. They cooked my wife’s fries just like she wants, crispy and brown like the color of the bun.

Typical Whataburger experience. They always have hot and fresh food. The ice machine was down, so it was warm tea time, but the banana shake cooled it all off.

The main problem with most Whatabugers is their Drive Throughs are usually very slow! It's usually quicker going inside!

So I stopped going here years ago. The meat changed. I used to love it. I still love the breakfast on a bunch and my newly found blt sandwich. Amazing is everything you want in a blt.

In Texas we are having Heat waves an a certain Whataburger have a problem of giving a cup of ice the atmosphere changes because they have an attitude an bad customers service Gi their an ask for ice The one in Duncanville off 67 freeway it's ashame to treat anyone with disrespect OVER a cup of Ice,

Demian was excellent! Her very kindness and demeanor are a great example of customer service.

Fries were hot the burgers on point and that unmistakable great taste no one can close to.
Overall this place is a Whataburger place.

How upsetting this is to eat a overcooked, so called new spicy chicken sandwich. Not only that but I've been calling for a hour and still no response. They really need to step up there service

This is the best Whataburger location on this side of town! Hands down best customer service in the area.

This location is always right on the never get our order wrong no matter how difficult it may be this is my favorite water Burger it's always hot fresh and the people always are sovereignly our last one was RONNIE hes incredibly wonderful with customers

They no longer offer mushrooms which is a BIG disappointment for me. My favorite was the mushroom Swiss burger. It was the main reason for me to go.

I will start off with the positive. The food was fresh. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because I put in an online order for pick up in the store and the doors were locked and I had to go to the drive thru line. Over 20min after they said my food would be ready I finally got it at the window. I was exhausted which is why I wanted to go in and get it. If I knew the doors were going to be locked I wouldn't have ordered there. Just don't have that as an option if you're going to lock your doors.

One of my most favorite Whataburgers in the world! Something different about this one, more personal and the vibe feels like they used to 25 years ago. Definitely recommend this one-

Ordering through the app for curbside side service is horrible. Arrived at the estimated time and checked in. 10 minutes go by and no food. Finally talk to someone and they say they are working on the order. Figure ordering ahead of time the food would have been ready but no. From the time I ordered and then got my food was about 45 minutes. Could have just went through the drive thru would have been faster.

2023: Good food and MUCH better service lately. I quit going for a while because it simply wasn't worth it, but they've really stepped up their game!

2021: Frustratingly slow drive-through, and that particularly sucks when they refuse to open the cafe to the public. When it doesn't take 30 minutes to get through the drive through the food is good.

Had breakfast there I do not like the new breakfast bowls I like the old Breakfast Platter that they used to have.
