Whataburger, Garland TX

Two words best describe this location slow and incompetent. I ordered through the app and 30 minutes after the app said my order was ready they still hadn't made it. Their slowness could be explained my their general incompetence as people were waiting at the drive thru window 15-20 minutes while over the counter orders were being brought back because they were incorrect. Never received my order just excuse after excuse, lies after lies

Went through the drive thru, ordered chicken strips and 2 shakes, the lady couldnt hear us. They didn't give us any sauce for chicken strips and the shakes were water down flavor. Not even cold.won't be back to this location.

The worst messed up on my I ordered bacon no gravy. Then they fixed it again with gravy. Soggy gross breakfast bowl

Chanei was our cashier. She had a wonderful presence and attitude! It's hard to find in staff these days. Everyone in the establishment was just amazing. THANK YOU!

Employees have there but showing cause they won't pull it up I don't want to see that while I eat and every table was dirty I had to clean it myself

Went to this restaurant, and there was a roach in my breakfast sandwich. I took it back the person at the register had a bad attitude I ask for the manager manager said I’d have to pay for another one if I wanted a replacement, and told me that a refund was not an option

Waited for more than 15 minutes at drive thru before anyone acknowledged we were waiting. Looking around saw 3 employees coming back to Whataburger after purchasing food from Popeye's across street. Also requested 2 large order of onion rings well done and 3 large sweet teas. The onion rings were barely cooked and was informed at pickup window they were out of sweet tea. With the amount of time we waited, they could have made 3 pots of tea.

Worst whataburger drive thru ever, these is my second time waiting here for ever, I thought it was just a one time insident, I left the drive thru but these time I couldn't get out I was the second in line so I was stuck, I called and I couldn't believe they actually answered the phone and I told them to pull up the car in the window so I can get out 5 minutes later they got their food and I left. It was a 20 minutes waiting there, I waisted my time and gas. Will never ever go there.

Although the general manager is garbage. He has managed to hire two great overnight. I wish I was able to give the newest overnight manager 10 Stars Jilton

Recently went there and the cashier was taking multiple payments from customers at the same time and gave my debit card to a stranger who drove away. All they could say to me was “sorry” and I ended up having to call my bank and get a new debit card. I understand people are human however I will NEVER go there again in life because that is not a small mistake. Beware customers they will lose your debit/credit cards!

This is the best water burger I have ever been to the manager that was there was is credible

I just wish you all can get the orders right. No mustard means no mustard. Meat, cheese and ketchup is just what I ordered. Really sad, and it was confirmed twice at the speaker. Missing a fry, then you won't answer the phone. Just sad. But I should have checked and held the line up even longer. 15 mins wait and still wrong. $17 for 2 burgers and 2 fries.

Came in after the inside was closed but the two workers there were still very accommodating and both the service was very good. The two workers runninf everything definitely deserve a raise!

The worst fast food service I've ever been to. We ordered two hamburgers and they only gave us one and there were hairs on my potatoes

Mal cerbisio I am Hispanic and an American worker from that place gave me my order and did not apologize I felt a lot of racism from that person

Picked up a Taquito w/ Bacon and Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit. Staff were great and breakfast to go was quick. I know everyone is questioning if Chicago will start serving Hot Beef and Onions, but truth is the people are the heart of Whataburger. Pay them well and they represent the best of Texas. Great Breakfast! Update: use the app quite often. Having your mobile order submitted will save you significant time. Every 5th order you may get a reward including adding visits if you don't happen to have a phone.
