Whataburger, El Paso TX

This was my favorite location but found out from my sister that the staff was laughing and making fun of me because I was using the restroom. A short girl was heard by my sister and husband telling co workers about what she ‘heard’. Feel embarrassed I don’t wanna go back.

Whataburguer is definitely my favorite hamburger restaurant. What compelled me to do this review is that, unlike in other sites, this team was having fun and taking care of business. They were all hustling and giving prompt and friendly service without stressing out.

They got good management, you can tell the leaders make sure everything is on point. I go regularly and it's rare that I have any problems with my order.

Literally the worst customer service and rude experience I ever experienced tonight. Pitiful employees, a reflection of poor management. Last time I go here and honestly probably Whataburger all together. Better places to go to anyways. Get it together

I love the Hatch Green Chili Burger and the Patty melt. However, the order takers sometimes miss out and give me fries instead of onion rings, or give me regular instead of diet soda.

The food is always great! And the staff really works hard to make it an enjoyable experience.

Took 45 minutes to get my food through the drive-thru. Which made me late for work. Never again

The staff were really happy and singing. The chicken salad was very fresh and warm and good.

Had free burgers with a coupon from the Chihuahuas game. Hate the intersection around it though. I got hit by a car that was backing up from the red light so just be careful of people driving weird over there. Anyways, the food was quick and the worker came up with sauces so we didn't even have to get up.

Buffalo chicken salad is a delicious, healthier option. Whataburger with cheese is my #1 choice. Pretty consistent, and made when you order, not ahead of time.

The drive thru is terrible. You will wait a long time do not come this one in the evening. You will get no response from management

I ordered a double meat whataburger meal large and asked to make sure there was no cheese. When I got to the window to pay and get my order, I was asked to please leave a survey. I looked in the bag and noticed there was no ketchup. I then replied if I could please have ketchup. She asked regular or spicy and I replied regular. Once i left i noticed she ended up giving me spicy ketchup. When I got home my hamburger had nothing but the patties and bread! I said no cheese, not absolutely nothing on it. I was busy working and had to eat on the go so I had no time to return or call. I was extremely frustrated. I don't understand how the employee can be so quick to ask for a survey without making sure the service is what was asked for in the first place.

At 5: 35am on 4/8/23, short chubby young girl charges me 3x for an order, claims "it kept saying transaction canceled". Very unprofessional. Keep the money, low lives. STOP getting food from here. They hire incompetent people.

To add icing on the cake, not too long ago they had a dude come out to give me my food while I waited. Bro was high out of his mind, stumbling over his words and steps, and laughing at every detail with droopy eyes.

This place is disgusting. Get some Chicos Tacos across the street or something else. But not this place.

Not only do they make you wait for the order by asking you to park, but when they take it to you, it's wrong. When you are lucky to get the order at the drive- thru window, they get it wrong too.

I have the app. Even though I ordered ahead of time. I still have to wait an additional 30 or more minutes for my food. I always have to go inside to get it even though I asked for curbside

Took 20 minutes to get my order in the drive thru. I ordered a biscuits and gravy (not the meal), bacon, egg and cheese taquito and a side order of bacon. The gravy is watery so it ran and now the biscuits are soggy! Terrible service today. It's happened several times before had to finally complain.

I'm so upset every single time they get my order wrong never fails yet they charge for what you didn't get.

No matter what I do- place an online order, schedule it for pick up. Come in on time, or wait until at least 5/10 minutes after my pickup time, I ALWAYS end up having to wait 15-20 minutes here. Even when the store is completely empty so being busy is no excuse. This is the only Whataburger I have this issue with. Not worth coming back.
