They didn't have any hamburger buns, so I didn't order anything except French fries. And they were cold!

Road trip stop! Phillip runs a great restaurant and has such an awesome and positive attitude! Our order was completed quickly and was hot and delicious! Everything was exactly the way we ordered it. We were really impressed with this Whataburger location!

9 employees standing around. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant for some good food fast than this place runs. If I wanted to wait 20 minutes for food I definitely would not come here.

Burger & fries cold, set a lohing time in driveway. No gravy with the chicken. Banana shakes tasted like a cup of sugar on an old banana.

Waited 45 mins for our food. Watched 2 different families get refunds for waiting so long. Shift lead was too busy flirting with customers to ensure food came out quickly. After issuing said refunds he went outside to cool off instead of focusing on remaining customers

Needs serious work when it comes to management. Manager had an extremely careless attitude. Was standing around chatting with his employees on break rather than doing his job during a rush. We waited ~25 minutes for our food, and after questioning why it was taking so long, he immediately jumped to “Well I’ll just give you a refund”, rather than giving us an answer. Only positive thing I have to say is the girl that took our initial order was very kind and pleasant to interact with.

Great whataburger! The staff is very friendly, and I got my food fairly quickly. The quality was great too. No complaints!

My family and I arrived at Whataburger #435 on Sunday night July 30,2023 at about 8: 00 PM and went inside to order. There was one person in line in front of us. We noticed only 4 or 5 cars in the drive-through. It was not a long line. Also, the inside of the restaurant was less than half full. By no measure were they getting slammed or in the middle of a peak dining rush.
We placed our order at 8: 05 PM. Three #1 Whataburger Meals and one #10 Whatachick’n Meal. These were not special orders or anything unique, other than we requested two of the burgers with no onions. A simple order that should not have taken an unusual amount of time to prepare.
After about 15 minutes, I went to check on our order and see how much longer it would be. The Assistant Manager said “they were putting the order together now and should be out shortly”. I stood and waited. At 8: 25 the Assistant Manager said they were still waiting on the chicken sandwich. Twenty minutes after the order was placed and they were still working on the chicken sandwich (whatever that meant), while the burgers had been sitting there well over ten minutes getting cold and we had no idea how much longer we’d have to wait. At 8: 27 I asked the Assistant Manager to cancel my order and give me a refund, which he did.
A few things we noticed while we were waiting for twenty minutes:
- My wife wanted un-sweet tea, but both the un-sweet and sweet tea containers were empty.
- The napkin dispenser was empty.
- Two employees were on a break sitting in the dining area.
- They were completely out of fries and had several drive-through orders sitting and waiting for someone to put fries down.
- The Assistant Manager told the cashier to sweep behind the counter and under the freezer in a very disrespectful tone, like an Army Drill Sergeant barking an order. He did this in front of the customers waiting for their food. I was embarrassed for her and couldn’t believe he’d spoken to her that way.
- The Assistant Manager had time to casually talk to two other customers. It seemed they knew each other based on the conversation. He actually bragged about being much better than another Assistant Manager and how hard of a worker he was. He said he never asks for help because it’s quicker if he just does things himself. These conversations taking place while several customers were waiting over 20 minutes for their food.
- A lady who ordered before me was waiting for her food. I saw an employee put the last of her items in the bags and left the bags sitting on the back counter. The order was done, someone just needed to hand it to the lady. The bags sat there for four or five minutes before another employee looked at them, saw the order was ready to go out and then called the lady’s name and finally gave it to her.
Most of the employees and especially the Assistant Manager working that night had little or no regard for the customers or focus on providing good customer service.

It took 35 minutes to get one BLT sandwich. The sandwich as good but that's the slowest fast food ever!

Food was great! The banana pudding shake was awesome! The wait was minimal for a Whataburger. Everytime I eat inside, the store is always clean. Never been inside to an empty store either.

We walked in and were instantly welcomed with a hello and a smile. They were quick with our order even after their screens went out. Phillip A was an absolute delight and checked on the entire seating area.

Dirty, crickets, slow, cold food. This is the worst whataburger I've ever been to. Head further down the road and go to any other place you find.

Terrible service. They forgot my order and kept ignoring me when I tried asking about my food. It took almost 1 hour to get my order and then it was incorrect. Staff could care less. Clearly a poorly run location. I will not come back.

First time from out of town passing through decided to stop worst decision. 40 minute wait through the drive through no way to exit food was cold under cooked fries. Order was not even done correctly. Again worst taste ever

The place was super busy, but they were knocking out orders! I’m not new to whataburger. They were busy and still super friendly.

Food: Fries are skinny and crispy, cooked to perfection. Bacon cheeseburger was huge, had all the right toppings, all the right juices, and, like the fries, cooked to perfection.
Rating: 10/10

Service: Waitress was kind, and made sure everything was in check. My little brother ordered plain, but got tomato and lettuce, but it's okay because that just means extra veggies for me.
Rating: 10/10

Atmosphere: Like a classic diner, calming and cute. I loved it here, absolutely astonishing
