Whataburger, Fort Worth TX

The dining room was dirty and gross but Austin wiped the table off for us and was very sweet. We had a good time. Also, thanks to Hector as well. Both are very good at their jobs!

Love the breakfast on a bun. Can't understand why the Thick and Hearty is not a permanent menu item. It's my favorite. Quality is really slipping.

I've been waiting for 2 meals. For over 20 minutes. They are not busy. No drive thru cars. Thought I'd enjoy my meal inside the store.

Good food, but can’t trust crew to give you plastic utensils when one is needed. I’ve traveled all over with work always going to whataburgers living on the road with hotels.

My cheese burger only had one half of a meat patty on it. And it was cold. Cheese didn't even melt.

The food was good but my taquito was very small and they need to adjust the prices on the menu to reflect what the real prices are!

Terribly expensive for cold "freshly made" burgers and fried. All yhe burgers and all of the fries in my order were cold.

Whom ever they hired to do the cooking here is a Master at their craft. Not only was the burger juicy but extremely flavorful down to the bun you could taste the butter on the bun! It wasn't heavy but just right to give the bread the right amount of toasty crunch without being too much. The burger was not sloppy. The combination of building this work of art was mind-blowing to my taste buds I commend you. I came in around 10 or 11 a.m.

Bro, it took me 45 minutes to get my meal. I was ordering indoors and I think they just forgot about me. I went up and they told me that they didn't even remember my order. There was also a shooting here a few months back the food is good but the service is horrible

Came in about 7am and the manger can’t remember her name but it started with a z I literally watched her make someone whole breakfast burger with no gloves then after making she wiped her hands on her pants I had already order my food but yet couldn’t eat it after that I gave it to a homeless person someone that is a manger should know better thats nasty shouldn’t be working there and had the nerve to have on a mask

Burgers are huge and filling. I liked it but too much Mustard for me. If you like a lot of Mustard you love it. The service was great and they were quick to get the food out to us. The place was pretty clean. Not bad for a burger joint.

Whataburger what can I tell you located near TCU. It is a must-have tradition when you return to your home state.

Ice cold food after waiting 15 minutes, didnt give me the fries i paid for or sauce even thonits on the receipt, worst whatabuger in texas tbh

Came in and employees just stared at you and waited for the busy manager to come take our order. Which you could tell she look annoyed by them. The Food took about 12 mins, but I went at dinner rush! I ate inside tables needed to be wiped off a lot were dirty, but the food was fresh and well made!

Their fries are always hard. All the times I have been the fries are super hard and crispy. Not the way they are supposed to be like at other locations. My rating is based on that alone because fries are very important and if they’re bad they ruin everything.
