Whataburger, El Paso TX

Service sucks girl at the register was rude. Never again to come here. I’ll make share to tell everyone. Money wasted for no reason

Most whataburger s are ok and you get through the line. However, after midnight, the service wanes. The Whataburger on Yarbrough and North Loop is outrageous in their drive thru service. Last time, we were in line over 25 min, along with 5 others and the line NEVER moved. Cars were honking and we just pulled out and went to another. This is one of the worst and i certainly DO NOT recommend Drive thru at this place late night. Any other whataburger from Central to East, i have never encountered this problem, or had to pull out of line.

When I ask for extra gravy don’t give me half and half I’m paying extra for 2 full containers… don’t worry people management is not gonna give you a raise

The personnel needs improve more, the atmosphere is good but the service needs more fast, is busy the place but the employees are so slow, needs push a little more fast way. The drive through was really busy, was just 1 employee outside so needs reforce that, the cleaning in the lobby needs improvement a better a lot tables dirt and a lot food crumbs on the floor, the restrooms, was ok just a little more attention, the fountain drinks was so mess and needs to keep more clean and organized, the counter needs also keep clean, at cashier area. Staff at register can't take orders correctly; both mine and the order my father placed. Had to keep correcting. Then got my order and it was prepared wrong. We returned it and they made the exact same thing! Returned it a second time and the staff and manager argued about it. No apology and the girl who gave us the order a third time thought the situation was funny, rolled her eyes and walked away with not a word. Manager never bothered to approach.

What can I say whataburger is awesome. You'll get no complaints from this guy. I love everything

One of the best Whataburger's in El Paso. Service is always awesome and so is the food.

It is excellent that it remains open 24 hours, things that only happen in the United States

No mustard means no mustard, and raw bacon is disgusting, this whataburger is one of the worst here in El Paso, staff is rude and stand offish when theyre talking and you go up to order. Sorry for interrupting your conversation, its work not a hang out to make matters worse they have implemented such a stupid drive "thru" idea, pack all cars infront on the side then maybe in 10 minutes someone will take your order, then an additional 20-30 minutes to get the food.

Service no good at Whataburger on Yarbrough and North Loop 20 minutes for breakfast and then it was wrong cancel the order my money was not given back correctly they cheated me out of $4 I already called Headquarters Main Headquarters out of town this is not the first time I've had problems with them no good no good no good

Awesome burgers as usual but service is lacking. They tend to focus more on the drive thru rather than someone who's ordering inside at the counter. With the amount of employees running back and forth to the drive thru, you'd figure there would be at least a couple of them to cover the counter. I guess ordering through the app is your best option if you don't wanna wait in a long line at the drive thru.

Needless to say, the delicious hamburgers in this place and what I like the most is that it is fast and efficient

Even though there was a line, the service was decently fast. The burger was made just right.

Bad service.was asked by Wataburger member to reverse from lane and drive into window. & waited almost 15 min.received 3nuggets*. Not strips*. Fries. (no salt). 'Watta.mess! Another unsatisfied customer!: (
