16 I always have problems at this specific location. It's the only Whataburger that refuses to put spicy ketchup on the burger.
Not only are they slow here, they will look at you like you're an alien when you hold out the app for them to scan. Sandra asked me what "that" was when I held out the QR code in the app.
The GM of this place needs to clean house. Please fix this location!
Placed an order thru the app.was even a few minutes late picking up but my order wasn't ready
How do you make a Whataburger and not listen to the way the customer wanted it cooked everybody in there look like their tasks were confused or didn't know what station to be at and couldn't multitask
Sorry to say this Whataburger Didn't cut it for me. Under staff therefore they were slow. The fries were always old.
Horrible just horrible. By the time you order it’s closing time. Glad I don’t eat burgers but, it’s such an inconvenience when I give my boss his order all cold.
Girl kept asking did I want a number 1. We went back and forward but never took my order. When I pulled up Mauricio was excellent. Listened to my issue and fixed it effectively. The lunch rush in the drive thru was in bad shape.
Such a nice lady they have put in the drive thru I’ve been coming to this whataburger for years and the manager always hiring teenagers reason why I stop going to this whataburger for a minute cause they were rude but what can I say I am so surprised she was so nice and kind greeted me with a smile I am glad she got hired I hope she last in this location never have I ever have such nice service in a fast food “restaurant” hope god blesses her
Sandra was great and so nice to help us order.she really went out of the way she really needs a raise.
Whataburger is one of the slowest "FASTfood" restaurants ever. Everytime I go I'm always reminded why I hardly ever go.

I had high expectations from whataburger since I see all the hype in the movies lol but I can say I can live without it. Service, they're soooo rude. Takes u like 20 minutes in the drive-through, then the drive-through employee roll their eyes.ill stick to in and out
No matter what time I come they are extremely slow! It’s ridiculous I’m the only person in line and I had to blow my horn t for them to come get my money. Y’all need a whole new staff
I love this Whataburger. The food is hot and tasty. I always order on the app for pick-up and go inside to claim my order which was already paid for since I used the app. The people are super concerned with making sure my order is correct because they glance inside the bag to make sure it is all there.
The employees are super nice and doing a great job. For many of them, it is probably their first job. I have been there. Be nice and courteous and encourage them. Thanks.
Everybody seems to love breakfast, so this store is super busy especially before 11am.
Breakfast and lunch was being served when we arrived. I’m not sure if it’s served all day. A man with special needs took our order! It was lovely to see that they are a true equal opportunity employer! He was GREAT! The food came out fast, accurately, and HOT! Great experience! We will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area.
I was there picking up a door dash order (as something I do for extra cash & what not) I arrived at 10: 58pm and left at 11: 41pm. The line was ridiculously long which can be expected however, the order I was picking up was due to be picked up at 11: 05 pm. Finally once I got to the main window the customers order still had yet to be started! Mind you the customer placed their order at 10: 45 pm. After all in all and having to pull to the side to wait an additional amount of time they still forgot to bring the drinks out and staff was very rude and seemed to be arguing in B. O. H.due to be extremely short staffed. I blame problems as such on poor management. You know your restaurant is highly among one of the top 5 fast food places in Dallas. Hence there should be less room for error and management should always have a back up plan! Maybe put in an admission to an online last minute staffing agency whereas if they are short staffed there will always be a temp on stand by. Sorry but, not sorry for the long rant but, something needs to be done.
