Restaurant Whataburger reviews
18Customer had terrible attitude, laid on the counter to tell me my price. Messed up my 30$ meal, then they said to come back and they would give me my whole order for free. Went back and messed the whole order up again, and my food is cold every single time I go there. HA never again. Trash!
They were real slow not taking credit cards had to wait over 30 minutes. My husband almost left without our food because we were in a time crunch.
Place was very clean. But service not so good. Asked for sweet tea. Said they were making it. 30mins later still no tea. Sausage was cold an eggs way over cooked. Didn't want to send my food back. Always worried about what they will do to my food if I send it back. So threw half of it away. Sad thing is we were only people in store an one car in drive thru. Not busy at all
My car broke down in their drive through and one of the employees pushed it into a parking space. They let us work on the car their was well. Honestly genuinely kind humans
Food was great
The people always make you feel important
Love going into your place

I love that guys with different ability are employed.a great demonstration of social inclusion. Also the burger are pretty good
Daughter truck broke down in drive thru lane and one of the employees graciously pushed her truck all by himself into a perking spot. I am so grateful that a MAN of his caliber was working at this place to assist my girl. Thankyou is not enough, but all I can offer, THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU. We did eat here also and service and food is also just as great, thanks for making a rough day a little bit better with your kindness and great food.
Awesome service and beyond awesome food! So excited we have a Whataburger in Nederland now!
Employees are nice but they mess up our order almost every single time. It’s really irritating that even ordering in the app doesn’t seem to fix it. Just want them to add the toppings we pay extra for without us having to check the bag and then wait every single time for them to make it right.
I switched from going to the groves location to this location (about the same distance for me) due to the other location struggling with getting orders correct. Now I have been here 3 times semi recently and they have messed up my order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Y’all… it’s meat and cheese only. That doesn’t seem very hard but they cannot get it.
First time we ordered they LAUGHED at us and made us wait. Second time theu asked what they could get for us and they ignored us for a whole two mins and we had to ask if they were even there and they said with a lot of attitude “what could we get for you? ” And we repeated it a THIRD time and they repeated it back to us correctly. Mind you we had ordered a shake. We waited 20 minutes and got to the window and they told us that we never ordered a shake and go get out of their drive through. I HIGHLY recommend you go to the grove’s location because you’re wasting your time at the Nederland location.
Honestly, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had.
Have been to this location multiple times now, and haven’t recovered the correct order once. On top of the staff being rude when trying to get it fixed.
I Would rather drive an extra 15min just to go to a location that won’t treat their customers like trash, and has a chance of getting an order correct
I was having a great day until the experience that I had to endure here. The man taking my order around 12 P. M.was unintelligible and mumbling like some soundcloud rap artist. But after about 10 minutes of trying to get my order through the intercom, I was finally able to achieve the feat of ordering my salad. Accomplished, I was able to pull up to the window and accept my quest reward and enjoy it. Thank god I beat the final verbal boss of my lunch adventure.:)
Went through the drive this evening around 5pm. Ordered my food and had about an average wait time for receiving it. When I got it home which was only 6 blocks away, I realized the fries were barely cooked, they looked like oversized spaghetti noodles, they had given me Dr Pepper instead of Coke, no straws to even be able to drink it and the food was cold. Even my daughters chicken tenders were cold. Will not be back to this location.
At first I was a little irritated at 2am to order a sand which. And how the young lady spoke to me at the Oder station. But then when I pulled up. I saw how hard they were working because obviously they’re short handed. If that manager has kids I hope they know how hard their Momma is working. Wish I could bless them.
If you want a Best Burger, you should go to whata burger, They have the best, #1in my book, If I had a choice from any burger place, it would be whata burger, I love the #3 order got to have it, I need the #3, All the way with everything on it, whata burger yeah.
It's Whataburger so you already know it's going to be delicious! I ordered ahead in the app and chose the "dine in" option, but they still put my food in a to go bag. Food was fresh and hot so still no complaints. Great service.
This place is always SLOW. The employees never seem happy and they don't like to smile, apparently. My biscuit was pretty good though.
