Whataburger, Spring TX

Nobody at the location has hair nets on dealing with food. Found a long black piece of hair in meat patty. People don’t not understand how unsanitary this is. WHEN DEALING WITH FOOD EVERYONE NEEDS A HAIR NET ON not just the cooks.

Feeling sick. Myself and kids ordered chicken sandwich, and after eating almost all the sandwiches, I looked down and noticed it was Uncooked chicken. The manager was so young I immediately felt like she didn't even understand the seriousness of the matter and sort of felt bad for her.

Very good customer service and clean inside. Food was at their great standard. We ate inside and we regularly go drive thru.

Horrible service I don't understand why it takes 25 mins for fast food but I'm never comming back here

Make note to self to check drive thru order because it’s wrong half the time. It’s so disappointing to go during lunch and I say I want gravy with my #13 and the give me BBQ Sauce.

Do not go on Monday mornings. The taquitos looks and tast like yesterday's leftovers.

They forgot the mayo even though it was marked. High school kids were loud. Management should have said something because they were sitting up front. For that it wasn't comfortable for us. Took 20 minutes for them to bring the food. It was delicious as always.

So.for the honey butter chicken breakfast sandwich now, they give you the smallest, thinnest chicken strip they can find? Ordered two so this is not a one-off. We're in Texas brah - not Chicago.

Great menu, horrible place to work.

The jokes on him because she’s a great worker who never calls; shows up on time; and is fantastic with customers.

She did get a cool shirt and hat.

If you don’t have the hours, don’t hire people and waste their time.

Daniel is by far the main man at Whataburger over here, holy moly what I say this place was packed It doesn't even do it justice You literally need to see the insanity for yourself. You've got three the 10-year-old kids coming from the Little League fields up the street Then you've got three different high schools coming here after their football games get out and that's cheerleaders band fans etc This place was an absolute organized madhouse. Daniel was manning the helm and the number of tasks that this man had to do at the same time and hold down the fort and make this thing run smooth was unbelievable literally unreal I think I might come next Friday and pull up a chair and just sit in the parking lot and watch I've never seen anything like it I mean he had the deal with DoorDash orders people doing drive-up service drive-thru front door station I mean everything was like a well-oiled machine between all the crew members It was a thing of beauty to watch so yet again got to give my boy Daniel mad props for holding down the fort, If he isn't shift manager he needs to be and he needs to be in manager training or get the highest possible raise you can give somebody the man is a All Star

Very few places compare to. Texas Whataburger. So many things on their menu to cover the most finicky of customers. I love their breakfast and get their Egg Potato Cheese taquito (with extra potato) … Yes you can have it your way! When I’m not their for breakfast I love their Double Cheese Double Meat or their Patty Melt…. Oh so good. I visit this place often and can beat any rush by using their app. Highly recommend.

Usually pretty good here. Fries werent good, they were warm but it seemed like they were reheated.

FOOD AND SERVICE WAS GREAT. NOT FULL LIKE THE OTHERS. MY WIFE GOT COBB SALAD WITH SPICY CHICKEN FILLET I GOT APPLE AND CRANBERRY SALAD.

The food is good but the service is terrible. It takes forever to get your food even when you order ahead on the app. You might as well go sit down somewhere else and it, it would be much faster.

Someone needs to teach EJ the menu. I come here weekly with the same order. Yet EJ proceeded to charge me every item from the breakfast burger individually and proceeded to close and lock the window when I attempted to bring it to his attention

Food has went downhill a bit from what I’ve seen. I use to go once a week now it’s more like once a month.

I order a plain cheeseburger with ketchup (and the order was wrong 3 times). Young people don’t listen anymore
