8The food is okay but it's completely befuddling when you cant ask for a simple split payments on two different CCs when every other single restaurant in town does so she was either lying to me or didn't and couldn't figure it out! And this was a manager no less. I will never spent my money at this particular location ever again. I bet the whataburger down the road would have split my payment and I'd be happy eating my food instead of writing this rant and formal complaint to the manager on staff during this time. Time stamped 8: 42 pm September 9th 2023 whataburger on main is a joke. This isn't the first time I've experienced poor customer service from this location and never complained until now everyone's thoughts and experiences should be shared good or bad unfortunately this was a bad one for me
I went for breakfast and I usually get anything but a Breakfast Bowl, the idea of all my food mushed together wasn't appetizing. However I had to eat in the car so I decided to give it a chance. It had a biscuit cut in half with sausage, cheese, eggs hash brown sticks and, gravy. I loved it! It was so easy to get the 'perfect bite'.
Soggy, cold fries, rude staff, horrible customer service asked for cups and got a eye roll and cussing behind our backs.
This was a special day at Whataburger. Their, 73 birthday so service was quite slow. But the food was great.
As of today (06-10-2023), the building has no AC. Call to make sure it's fixed because you definitely won't enjoy dining in if it is not.
Also, they were super stingy on the gravy this morning.
Best customer service iv seen in a while at a fast food restaurant, Ludivina is one of the kindest hard working persons iv met, great experience food was perfect!
My nephew Joe can't get enough of whataburger since there are none in his hometown of Calgary Canada. We have gone to whataburger 4 times this week.
