Whataburger, Corpus Christi TX

After paying, we were asked to move up so that it would show that our order had been filled. It took 13 minutes to get our food. 2 burgers, fries, and onion rings. The person bringing out the food never said sorry for the delay. Food was put in the wrong bag. Fries were cold. The lettuce on the burger was old and brown. The onion rings were hot, but the grease left a bad taste in your month. It's time to change the oil. I would never stop again. Outside decore we old and outdated.

Best Whataburger I have had in a while. Great staff and fast service. Only issue is BRING BACK THE DR PEPPER SHAKERS.

I have to say this Whataburger was fast and friendly. Granted they were not super busy but I like the fact there was no attitude.

They gave me an extra tender but didn’t give me gravy #upset #theythoughttheycouldgetawaywithit

Whataburger's are absolutely the best burgers any where! The breakfast is also great. The crew coordination could be improved at this Whataburger.

I got a jalapeno cheese burger and it came with no cheese on it. It's in the title of the burger anyway they gave me a cold slice of cheese to put on it.

They have flies all over the restaurant and the manager and staff doesn't even seem concerned.

Whomever reads well and understands instructions grilled the hell out of my jalapeño and onions like a Tex-Mex and for that they should be given a franchise offer.
Service wasn't great only because the woman that was at the window seemed sad to be there. I wanted to ask if she was alright but didn't want to add to whatever she was already going through. Treat your employees like C/4p and you'll feel it and that's why I said 2 stars.
It's whataburger and it's always looked ugly so 1 star, seems like a retirement home from the 1940's.

New to living on the island and stopped by for lunch. Burgers and fries were great, fresh and delicious. Customer service is top notch. Will be back often.

Came here passing thru. Did a mobile order. Was told it would be brought to our table. After 20 min of nothing I went up to the counter. It had been done the whole time. No paper towels in either bathroom. Skimpy on the napkins. Asked for honey mustard and wanted to charge me. Trash cans overflowing. Burgers made very sloppy and so much mayo and ketchup dripping out. Plenty of staff there

Orders took forever. After 40 minutes I asked the manager to please cancel my order. He then got my order but I let him know that there was a man sitting there who had ordered before me and needed his order as well. The guy was more upset than I was. Our order was wrong and missing items but we were done so that was that.

First, I normally do not review fast food places but I have to give the management kudos this time. They were quite busy but kept everything moving smoothly. The staff was friendly and our food was ready in no time. Keep up the good work.

I was so excited to be in Corpus for the 4th! When we got in Saturday we stopped to get a quick bite to take to the condo. After quite a wait in line we got to the window and we're told the shakes were "watered down. " They refused to refund the money so we took them thinking they might set up in the freezer. I drank some of mine. Like cold chocolate milk. Well I got so sick

Food was fresh and hot. Staff was super friendly, unfortunately it took 30 minutes after pick-up time to get my curbside order.

Food is always great, although took too long that we decided to get out of drive thru and order inside. Was about to leave, when the order was finally ready. People inside and in drive thru were expressing their frustration at the wait times. I list wanted to get to the beach before the sun went down
