Whataburger, Houston TX

Visits have been good, up until tonight. I had at least 5 orders of fries in my whole order and ALL the fries were mushy and cold. Definitely got served old fries, no doubt. I live across the street so it's not like my food got cold going to my destination. I got served old fries and a wrong sandwich. Tried to call so they could rectify the situation but no answer.

Had two lines which confused the employees and customers. After waiting 20 mins forgot my spicy ketchup and my side of gravy.

After all it is whataburger! Got the Bacon/Avocado combo with a Dr Pepper shake. Can't get more Texan than that!

Disappointed trying to finish this burger and it is nasty. It was a special order and they didn't get it right, I hope I don't get sick. Never fails. Look at all that mayo or whatever that is it was just like a faucet leaking.

The food is really good, enjoyed my meal, and people are really friendly.
I didn't like the idea that catchup and spice are not offered on the table, even that they won't say no or charge you extra if you ask for it.
But if it offered on the table, will be more comfortable to the customer.
That's why I gave 4 stars, other than that, will surely go with 5.

Whataburger is really underrated. I've become so accustomed to having a good experience here that I might be taking it for granted. This location is no exception as the staff is pleasant and accommodating to my requests. It is for that reason I will pass countless other burger joints or even go out of my way if I know a Whataburger is just a little farther down the road.

Whataburger is always my favorite. This one is no different. Staff is good, I haven't had any problems and they are always nice.

Did not get order right. If I’m getting charged extra for condiments I should get what I ordered. Don’t get me wrong friendly staff but staff should meet service.

5 stars for service. 3 stars for the fries. Usually they're pretty good. We went and the fries were over salted, lukewarm. I'll be going again.

I went there asked for no onions and they gave me onions.thay took a long time to serve us and took like 15 minutes to give us our food

Every other Whataburger in Houston lets me upgrade the kids meal drink to a small size (1 size up from kids) Except yours. Every time I ask, and offer to pay, your staff goes out of their way to tell me what a big deal it is, there isn't a way to add it, they're not going to charge me, but are going to frown at me, etc. I've tried 2 times. So great, keep your glass. I won't be back to your location.

Very good and accurate restaurant for running through the drive thru. Didn't have to get home and find something missing from my order. People are very helpful.

Every time I come to this location the royally mess up my order. I always have to drive back to get it corrected and I always receive attitude from the manager. Maybe train your employees to do it correct the first time.

I ordered one meal and a strawberry shake and received a vanilla shake with some strawberry on top. Very dissatisfied

This place is amazing, they didn’t give us a minor item on our list of what we paid for but made up for it over and beyond thanks to the manager.he was super nice and convenient.we recommend this whataburger over all else

A bit small but clean facility with very friendly staff, and the burgers.well it's whataburger, delicious!

It’s suppose to be a fast food restaurant but it should be called slow restaurant. I was in the line for 19 min to be exact!

Great staff and good team but too many people were sitting around on the clock. (High schoolers)

Best fast food burgers, customizable and better flavor. Staff is friendly, service is quick, restaurant is clean. Price is same range as similar fast food.

Coffee was very watery the day I was there and it took 10 mins to get the coffee with no update if they were having to make more or not
