The lady that was working the counter she's about 5 + years she's been working at position she was shouting to the kitchen who do you think I am to me it was very unprofessional cuz I'm a juror was looking right at her I didn't seem to have a problem with it I was not told about the ice bin at machine not working I had to ask for ice do a kitchen supervisor to get ice I've been going there probably about seven years I've debated about not coming back my food was delivered the gentleman said he'd be right back with the condiment tray he never came back

Last burger I had here was hard to go down. The patty was thin, dry, and chewy. Was definitely not worth the money, I could literally go eat a burger like that on McDonald's value menue for a dollar, instead of paying 6.

Customer service was satisfactory but my burger was hard on done places like I got an old patty.

I get a great combo meal here every time I go there. The food is hot and made to my order. Whether I get the #7 Whataburger Jr, fries, and drink -Red Soda (no ice), or their Fish Combo Meal with the jalapenos, I love it there. They workers are so kind and professional. I use to work at three different Whataburger Restaurant, as a teenager and in my twenties, and I know what to do and how to treat the customers and they do a GREAT JOB! I have complimented them many times and called corporate to tell them how much I love them and well they done.

My food was cold. They have almost everything in my order wrong. Service is too slow. Terrible place to order.

You can't go wrong with this Texas classic. No wonder why they seem to have longer lines in the car lanes than their competitors. I just wish their fries were better.

Dem fries are from the good Lord himself. Burgers are juicy and savory and service is quick and friendly

Busy medical center area outpost of the iconic Texas fast food burger chain. This place gets busy, get there around 11: 00am or after 1: 00pm to beat the faithful to lunch. Friendly service. Small parking lot. Clean and tidy dining area.

Decently fast service for good burgers. Only place in the immediate area open 24 hours and not a bad choice if your looking for a decent burger.

The staff is friendly and courteous. The food did not take long to be prepared. The food was prepared to order and was fresh off the press.

Their staff was so rude, I arrived from my flight in night and I was super hungry, my hotel was so near from the restaurant so I decided to walk their and they refused to serve me because I don’t have a car! I explain that I just arrived and all the car rent offices was closed but they ignored me. I ended up requesting an uber car to drive me there. I’ll not go there again.

Slow service, they charged me for the wrong order and they had an attitude when I told them about their mistake.

Delicious burger. I wish they make the burger looking like the picture of the advertised burger on the website and on the wall. I want it to be full of veges and fluffy as it should be!

The food was good. The manager pleasant the restrooms clean. But the highlight was Shamika the cashier (and I pray I spelled her name right)! She is bubbly and sweet and I was having a very rough morning but her smile and personality just help make everything ok. Thank you!

I really like this whataburger location. I usually do drive thru or delivery from DoorDash. Every time I go is pretty fast. They get my order right 90% of the time. My food is never cold.

We got to Houston real late, and were looking for somewhere to grab a quick burger. Whataburger was open.the staff was very nice, and the food was good.

I was visiting with my special needs friend who is 17 but but has a 7 year old mentality he spilled drink and just felt horrible but Nicanor came over and cleaned it up and made him like it was not a problem he made his day and also said this burger was GREAT! What a wonderful experience thank you.
