Whataburger, Houston TX

The service was horrible they were slow and people that came in after us got their food before us. They need to step their game up.

This place has to have the slowest drive-thru service. It always takes at least 15 minutes to get your order.

All I ordered was a medium fry no salt and a medium onion ring. 16 minutes later I finally got my french fries after watching two people who ordered after me get their food and leave and I complained about still being there then they tried to hand me onion rings that had been sitting in a basket when I first walked in. Definitely disappointed with there lack of caring about it too.

Super nice location and store. Very friendly staff. Everyone look happy. The store is extremely busy. The food is always hot. I tried McDonald the other day and regret it. I should go to whataburger. McDonald is just bad that make whataburger look better.

Food was cold. Took long time for them to bring my order. It was missing 2 sandwiches and a malt.

I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience at a Whataburger restaurant! The service is impecable, the food is flawless, and the atmosphere is electrifying!

As much as I hate to admit it I eat here nearly EVERY night. We just don't feel like cooking for 6 people. AND IT NEVER FAILS THAT THEY MESS MY DAMN ORDER UP 100% OF THE TIME. I am serious I have been there around 11pm-1am every night for the last week, and at least 3 nights a week every other week. I am either missing an entire meal, have something I didn't order at all, instead of a plain burger it comes with EVERYTHING, or if i ask for cheese on something its never there. THE ONLY damn reason I come here is because the crappy jack in the box near my house has given me food poisoning 3x. But this place is so freaking unreal in how consistently that they get orders wrong I CAN MAKE MONEY betting that its a wrong order. I finally had it tonight and left this crappy review. Plain and dry cheeseburger - instead has every damn thing on it, they didn't give me my drink, and my brothers honey bbq chicken sandwich was luke warm. I live like 30 seconds from here so no reason to not be hot.just saying this place needs to have at least the window crew of the damn night shift fired.

Good ol Whataburger. Okay service. Food is what you would expect from Whataburger.

Went to grab lunch for myself and coworker, coworkers lunch combo was there, my patty melt burger by itself wasn't didn't realize till i got back. Thanks whataburger for no lunch till i'm at 5.

Great place to eat with friends, or do a little paperwork. This place was really clean and one thing that stood out to me was how caring and involved the management is.
Also the restroom area was very clean, and that's hard to find sometimes. Thanks guys

Horrible restrooms are always nasty.employees are always outside.food is always cold have to take it back and get a remake.who gives you a cheeseburger and the cheese don't even melt Fry's cold.management don't care it's sad because usually Whataburger is on point but this one is not it must be the area.

Consistency is King. This location is always good, fast, accurate, and friendly. Plus the food is delicious:)

There should it be a 24 hour sign if you guys are not going to be open 24 hours on their 2 days in a row and haven't been opened 3: 00 a.m.

I LOVE Whataburger, but I don't like this one. I have chosen this location many times previously due to the location and how far it is from my job. I never really had a problem other than when ordering the #13, the chicken tenders are skimpy. Now that I have order breakfast a couple of times, I'm hoping it is just the staff. They ask if you want any sugar or cream with your coffee. Now I order the largest size and require 20 packets of sugar and 15 cream. I don't like bitter coffee or black coffee, hence the amount of each. Every time I get to work, they NEVER put the requested amount in my bag. Why do you ask if I need it if you wont give it to me? They also have the trash can at the end of the drive, with a narrow curve. You really need to place it in a more convenient spot that prevents the line from backing up. Yesterday when I came to get breakfast, they cashier came out and informed me that I needed to move because they line couldn't move. I had already scooted up twice, but the car behind me needed to use the trash can as well. SMH

THIS is why I like Starbucks better. THIS is why I usually go to Starbucks.

If I am going to pay that much for coffee and WB, not get what I ask for, and have rude employees, then I might as well pay MORE and go to a place where they give me EXACTLY what I ASK FOR and not have to deal with the ancillary.

I will no longer be giving my business to THIS WB until they fix a few things.

YUM! This place comes recommended by EVERYONE! Finally got to try it on my trip to houston, we were so lucky to get an extra chicken strip! ***MUST GET GRAVY AND SPICY KETCHUP!

I had just came from an Cars and Coffee with my brother and his friend. So i would say it was an really good place to eat. Very clean. Bathrooms were a lil dirty but as long as the food is good thats all i am rating. Tryy the bacon burger its delicious. YUUUUMY: p
