Whataburger, Fort Worth TX

Sometimes there good and sometimes there not I think the morning time is better at this Whataburger.

They were jammed pack with only the drive thru open. I mean maybe 15 cars. I was there for the normal time it would take a visit

I have to say that this is probably the worst Whataburger I've ever been to. Tonight I ordered jalapeno burger no onions and spices chicken no lettuce, tomatoes or pickles, get all the way home and my husband burger has onions all over it. I then open mine and it has all the stuff on it that I asked them to eliminate. Just a month ago the young man brings my food out to drive thru and just went to hand it to me and he let go, it went all over the ground. I didn't even have the bag yet. It never fails here that something is wrong with our order, and then they get rude about it.

It's Whataburger what else can one say? ! I visited the drive thru, the food and service were great!

Wonderful customer service - the location was drive thru only at the time and my truck is to big (9'6" tall) to fit through the drive thru.they took my order and brought it out to me.while they were extremely busy.and the patty melt and fries were awesome.

This Whataburger has spoiled me! The food is consistently great, and always correct. The service is wonderful! I'm always taken care of with a smile. Time of day is irrelevant.the same can be said of any shift. Thank you for taking care of us!

I quit going to the Whataburger on Camp Bowie and Cherry Lane for poor service and cold food. This place was really good for a while but seems to be slipping quite a bit. Tonight my burger was dry and my fries were stale and cold. This is after waiting a long time at this speaker to place my order and when I asked if anyone was there they told me just a minute. No please, or thank you for waiting. I think there’s too many kids working here with lack of management.

Food fresh and hot, front counter service excellent. Product was on tray for eating in, however was ordered for takeout, was fixed promptly. This store s product consistently fresh and well seasoned. Even in middle of lunch rush.

Make sure to double check your order. The last two times the either forgot part of my order or gave me the wrong order.

I was the only person in line at the drive through around 5am. Ordered a #22 with sausage. Had it confirmed at the window. Got down the road to find it was a breakfast burrito with egg and cheese. Very disappointed.

If you ever order a large they almost always give you a medium fry. My husband has been going there for 6 years and 9/10 times he gets a medium fry when ordering a large. I've told him to stop because I'm tired of paying the extra and not getting it lol. Food sometimes comes out cold/stale. That's not right, no one wants food that's been sitting out all day. They can get very busy which will have you waiting a while. On their good days it's good though.

It's ok for a Whataburger. Last visit wasn't so good. Last manager was rude that took my order. Raquel? Ramona? Don't remember her name, but needs a lesson in manners and customer service if you ask me. Very polite to Hispanic customers.hmm.

Love love love this place, is one of my favorites, I've had different Whataburgers but ain't nothing like going here.

This location is great in the morning, not so much after 6 or 7pm probably due to different managers and employees, so I come in the morning time always good.

It was ok. The lady that took my order was rude, I think they said her name was Maria and my food was cold but i didnt have time to get it corrected

Old food, disgusting watery gravy! When chic Fila is built this whataburger will lose business I guarantee it. Unless they step up their game at this whataburger my business lies
elsewhere.

First time eating Whataburger. My goodness it was good. The staff at this location were very nice helpful and patience with me, they went beyond customer service. The bathrooms were very clean, and it was busy. Id give this place 10 stars if i could!

So, the morning staff is super nice and awesome. Tentative. Almost like going to a full service restaurant without the cost.and it's so clean and well maintained.best fast food spot in this little segment.

Food is always hot and delicious. There is a reason why the line is always long but worth the wait.

I like Whataburger this location however needs to lighten up on the use of salt, I mean wow salty!
