Whataburger, Dallas TX

If you can get past the long line this place is it! There’s a line for a reason. Plus if you run across LaVonte, he can really make your day. He personable and funny. He really knows how to cheer people up! Kudos to him and great job.

Forgot about my order. They didn't care they forgot about me. They were just standing around doing nothing until I asked what about me. I've been sitting here for 15 mins and my order was just a large fry.

Love Whataburger but being honest the burger this time was so salty I could only eat half and fries were stone cold. Milkshake was good though.

This was my second time eating a Whataburger. The first time was in El Paso on the way from Dallas to California. My dog and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The manager came out to our SUV to check on us.
This time was another story. The Whataburger seemed lifeless and definitely not up to the hype. I’m thinking I’ll stick to my independent hamburger slingers from now on. Even Keller’s on Northwest Highway has better extras.

It was not clean lazy workers and they were not very helpful you're interested in the customer

This is the number one Whataburger just because these people who work here go out of their way to be friendly and kind, it’s like they’re all really stoned. Awesome!

Whataburger always made me fill like. I was at home; recieveing a good home cook meal & service.

Visited on 6/11. The place was very clean and the employees were very nice and helpful. I saw one of them pick up a straw wrapper off of the ground and another came by our table to ask if we needed anything. I've never had a bad Whataburger experience, but this one was one of the best. Keep it up!

Did not refill sweet tea in a timely manner after asking multiple times. Staff was funny and entertaining though

Food is still good but the location is ghetto and so are the workers. For some reason when I say thank you the girl who took my money completely ignores me. One bright star is Tiandra, she’s the one who handed me my food and was very sweet. Otherwise this review gets one star.

I came through the drive thru after midnight and a employee named Alexus was working. She was the friendliest employee I've met in a while. 5 starts for Alexus!

Went here after work and it was a bit busy on the drive thru, but i waited and the employee thanked me for waiting she was also super nice. She came to our table and asked if everything was okay and brought some tissues, sauces, and straws on her small tray which was pretty cute. I can see that she works hard at that place, sadly i didnt get her name, but i will next time i come and visit!

Probably the best fast food service I've ever had. Food came fast, order was correct, and the service was spectacular. I've never wrote a review before, but I had to when I can here.

Never eaten a bad Whataburger. Consistent at every location. We took a trip back to Texas and ate at 4 different ones in 4 different days. All perfection.

. Every time I have ordered from this place lately (on my way to work), they forget something. And, management doesn't care.

So, I no longer go. I go to Chic-fil- A instead.

Best buger I ever had, it took them 20 mins and I was the only person in line but that burger was epic. Bacon N Cheese Wataburger hot n fresh. They just slow af.

Always takes a long time wether in the drive thru or walking in. The workers always look like they are miserable and hate their jobs. They give little to no customer service.

This Whataburger is a paragon of the brand. My second favorite location after the Whataburger on University Avenue in Lubbock, Texas (that doesn't have a drive through). This location can usually be packed with local students late at night on the weekends.

They are so great! Especially the girl with the blue eyes! - I never write reviews, but she made me want t publicly compliment her!

Just had a delicious Patty melt.mmmmm.so good it will make you slap your pappy. So go get chu some Whataburger. This location has 2 drive through Lanes so it moves fast and efficient.
