Whataburger, Mercedes TX

NEVER GET MY ORDER CORRECT AND ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT ATLEAST 30 MIN AFTER I'VE ALREADY PHONE ORDERED AND HAVE BEEN GIVEN A TIME FRAME.

The evening staff Not friendly at all and ive been there twice they keep forgetting the extra add-ons like the extra cheese, the whatasize etc.

I love whataburger but this one particularly always messed up the order and takes a long time to give you your order

Stopped to get a burger on 7/30/2020 at about 7: 00 pm. Drive thru was slow and burger was soggy and did not taste like what you would expect from Whataburger. Fries were cold and tasted horrible. Overall a bad eating experience. I am sure other people that were there that day can agree. Definitely not returning to this place.

Long line, understand because of the PANDEMIC but I could have at least gotten fresh fries for the long wait, fries were slight warm and somewhat soggy.

My friends and I came to this whaterburger and while we were ordering one of my friends got a cup from the cashier and there was a bite mark on the rim of the cup, another of my friends had a hair in there cup and my cup contained many black particles inside as well as the lid. We’ve been here for about 20 minutes and we still haven’t received our food. Low connection, and bathrooms need cleaning.

Amazing fast food restaurant, hadn't gone in about a year but it was even better than I remembered

I decided to try the #4 (Jalapeno/Cheese Whataburger) it was really good. Not too hot but certainly amped the flavor. Definitely will try it again.

Raz was the best order taker explaining our order choices. This was our first visit to What A Burger.

The burger buns are dry, the dressings are all put in the center making it soggy, and the over stuff them with lettuce so I just order the chicken strips

The staff were Ok but the tables were dirty and sticky, and when I asked for a damp rag to clean table I was given 2 napkins. I wet them and wiped table and the napkin was filthy. There we no napkins in holder. Got biscuits and gravy and the gravy was so watered down that the biscuits were soggy. Will not be returning to the Mercedes Whataburger again.

I really liked the attention of the employees and also my meal was really good. Every time I visit Mcallen I go for a meal to Whata Burger:)

The chicken bites we're exceptional so much so that my daughter is fast asleep rn lol thanks to the food

A torrential downpour at 3am doesnt slow the service! These guys hooked it up. Thanks so much guys!

Very pleased over all, there was allot of people but the workers managed to get my food out really fast

Marisol who took my order was rude n grumpy, my fries were limp and I got an extra fry and that was limp too, I'm guessing only the am crew is on point

Pearla, Brandy, & Ray were all very friendly! Always deliver great customer service & food.

Well what should we say this is a regular Whataburger. Simple straightforward burger offer where you have a simple no fancy straightforward burger menu at a middle pricing.

They never repeat the order and burgers never fresh when ordering in through drive thru dont even ask u if ur a whataburger reward member

Being from mercefes everytime i go they always mess up.my order talked to mamager told me next time i go in to have manager get my order done that and nothing. One time I went through the drive-through I ordered my food added cheese on my Burger then I got home and there was no Cheese I Call In I always have to go to another city to get my order right then they ended up charging me on my card for a wrong order and told me I did not pay for it and that I didn't ask for it but luckily enough I have a dashcam I told them 3 time if the cheese was on my Burger they repeated yes but there was none

Update Spoke to Manager Carlos Diaz about situation made things better on repeating ordered and value you for being a what burger reward member. Good Job Carlos I will update it to two more starz. I just hope every burger is made fresh instead piling the meat until customer orders.
