Whataburger, El Paso TX

I asked for no onions my husband cant eat onions we asked to repeat the order worker repeated correctly BUT WE GET HOME AND THEY WHERE ONIONS IN BURGER. NOT HAPPY RIGHT NOW WILL NOT GO BK TO THIS LOCATION

Worst drive thru set up. They told me to go to lane B to take my order. No one took my order was waiting for 10 mins so I left. If they told me to go to lane B they should of just took my order first and then send me to lane B. Never goi my back to this location.

Food was great as usual! Late night drive-thru was unusually busy. Long wait. About ten cars deep. Customers blaring their horns with impatience.

This location seems to sometimes forget about you if there are a lot of people. I just ordered a sandwich & it took like an hr. My fries were pretty much cold when I got it too.

They gave me a free apple pie tho so. I guess.

The Texas´ favorite Hamburger, it is a must to eat one, you can ask it exactly as you prefer, with mayo or mustard, with jalapeño or not, with bread or not. Delicious

Single, double, triple, green chile double, patty melt and i could go on with the entire menu love em all i have no favorites cause all of them are great tasting burguers made to order with fresh products, you havent tried a burguer in Texas if you havent tried Whataburguer!

Good place, food is good, I just don't like one of the managers at that specific location but the place doesn't need to suffer from it.

It's always good, just watch your orders going drive through, theres been a few times my order got mixed up.

Sometimes it feels like burgers have been there for a while, waiting for someone to buy them, lol

Drive through employee are not friendly, they don't smile. They get your money and walk away. Good food unfriendly employees

Delisious food always, I had the chile cheese double & my girlfriend had #5 - delisious! Great service too & the one on Montana /Rutherglen streets very clean! I'll be going back!

Food is good, but their breakfast burritos needs a little more egg and bacon in order to justify the price.

Crew member Fernanda, was very prompt, friendly, very respectful at taking our order n even made my son smile! That's what we like about this particular Whataburger!

I've been frequenting this Whataburger for years. It's always been a favorite location. As I read in one of the other reviews and yes, unfortunately, DO check your order before you go home if you go through the drive thru. I've hardly ever have any issues with the customer service. Thanks to Isaac. I'm assuming one of the managers. He fixed me right up after an incorrect order without question. Thank you. I'll be back of course!

I added into my order at the window and I expected to wait a while, but the order was done quicker than I expected. Good job!

Whatburger's hamburgers are great. They do skimp on the fries or onion rings. ESPECIALLY the onion rings! Sometimes they get your order wrong.so if you are getting food to go.check before you leave. Otherwise good. My dad (who has raised his own beef) when visiting me, had one of their burgers, and said it was the best restaurant burger he had ever had. That was a few years ago.but their burger quality has held up pretty well over the years.

I love how my burger is made perfect every time I come eat with my family, thank you guys and keep up the great work!

I SPECIFICALLY requested no onions.on BOTH hamburgers in the order. I was on my way home from 4 1/2 hours at the emergency vet. One hamburger was for my dog.to give him his medicine (he only had a soft tissue injury, read bruise) I double checked at the window. "do BOTH hamburgers have NO onions? " " oh yes. " Thank God I pulled in to a space to check the order.the dog's burger HAD onions! (If you don't know.onions are poisonous to dogs.) So. 1am. I had to go into the restaurant (the whole point of the drive through was because it was late, I was tired, and I had a dog in the car) I spoke to the manager. I had to tell him twice that onions are poisonous to a dog.he looked at me like I was a crazy person, and it was MY fault! FINALLY he said. "I'll remake it. GEEZ. YA THINK? Treated TOTALLY rude, disrespectful, and didn't seem to care if they poisoned my dog. WON'T be back here! -

Great jalapeno egg and cheddar cheese biscuit. Dad's favorite with decaff coffee. Very reasonable price
