I understand having limited dining room hours due to the pandemic. However, the signs say it’s from 7am-11pm. I just tried to go in and place a to go order of one meal at 10: 40 due to the drive thru line wrapping around the entire location. The doors were already locked, with customers still eating inside. Come on now

Great service, but slow drive thru. Seems like high quality whole foods used, esp for a fast food joint! Chix fajita taco is one of the best things I ever tasted.

Only one person waiting on customers inside so the wait was pretty long because they wouldn't take care of the people picking up the called in to-go orders until they had taken the orders from all the walk-ins.

The help was not very friendly and a off duty employee was taking 12 min to order at the register, was more talking and carrying on than business.

Burger was sloppy and my fries were cold: (I am just going to drive out to the next town my last 5 visits there is always something wrong and I have never had an issue with any other locations in y entire life: (

I ordered chicken and it was not good at all it. The food was cold like it has been sitting for awhile and the chicken did not look totally done.

Really clean place food is always fresh the staff is very polite and nice I highly recommended and the taste of the food is so good!

1. App/Online Orders/To-Go/Menu
Yes. They have an app, and it works, BUT they were about 8 minutes longer than how long they said it would be. Total wait time around 16 minutes.

2. Convenience
The app is super convenient, but make sure you give yourself more time than they state. They are never on time, even nights like tonight when they were SLOW.

3. Parking
Plenty of parking.

4. Wait Time
Again, expect a 15+ minute wait. Not very fast.

5. Food correctness
Make sure you check everything BEFORE you leave. Tonight's error, missing large fries. I'm glad we had more or I would have had one upset kiddo.

6. Food Flavor
Tonight-bland. Fries had zero salt. The coke in the machine was sputtering and I had to dump it and fill it twice to get an acceptable flavor. Burgers were ok.

7. Service
Service was good, minus the errors in execution. Everyone was polite.

8. Value
For $21.51 for 2 burgers and an extra fry (that I never got) it's hard to build value. When the fries are cold and have no salt, you start missing McDonalds fries and value.

9. Experience
Overall, I appreciate the app, I just wish the food would come out on time, correct and like it used to be-good.

10. Go Back Again?
Sadly, no. Not to this location. The potential is there because it's Whataburger, however, the execution here isn't on par with other locations.

I don't know why so many people give this place 5 stars. THEY Are SOO SLOW one car in front of me and it took 15 minutes at 10am to get my order and this isn't the first time it has taken so long in the past I just drove off. Now when you only get 30 minutes for lunch this is a problem.

Whataburger has always been one if our go to places but this one was a terrible disappointment! Was not greeted, practically ignored until we spoke, food was way below par, my bread was cold and tough like it had been sitting there quite a while, meat was under done, fries were tough and the tea (unsweetened) was rancid. Not at all the good service and food we generally get at Whataburger! ️

Always a great place to eat! They take your order and you take a seat with a number. They then bring your food to y ku and offer complimentary sides.

Come-on now. If you don't know about the whataburger. You ain't tasted the best fast food around

The staff was courteous. Late dinner on a Saturday night. Food was good and fast. Pretty similar to most of my Whataburger dining experiences.

We really enjoyed it, it was our first time at a Whataburger! If we ever go out west again, we'll go again!

This place has the best burgers for the price I go here all the time and the fact its 24 hours is great and the staff is amazing especially the manager jon

Hair in mine and my wife's food. Terrible service. Will never go to a Whataburger again because of this visit. When my wife and i called to complain to corporate about this visit the lady never apologized and asked for our address i believe to send coupons or free food never recived them and the lady never called back as she told us she would.

Had to wait 30 minutes for the order. Was with my grandson. He was tired and hungry. First they said that it would be minutes for the tenders. After 20 minuets I went to ask. Then they said it was the burger. It was my first time and last. I'll continue with Culvers they are really the best.

Great service everyone seems happy to be here, ate here at 1pm. The place was clean the food served fast and of course was a good burger lol!

We stop at this Whataburger every time we go visit friends in League City, always friendly staff, clean inside an out and of course great burgers
