Whataburger, McAllen TX

Good food just service slow and sometimes mixes up orders and changes ways of doing things curbside and online orders are useless

One of the cheapest places to eat and was very clean. They even have hand sanitizer at the entrance and exit.

Whataburger is supposed to be a fast food restaurant under 10 minutes, maybe less from what I've been taught.but yet I've been in line for almost 20 minutes and already later for work. Never coming by again.

This has to be the most poorly managed whataburger I've ever been to. They allowed some lady to order for what seemed like 20 people though the drive thru. And I spent an entire lunch break in the drive thru line waiting for one chicken sandwich. The manager didn't even have a good apology lined up. To anyone who cares dont waits your time here.

With many upset friends over other whataburger locations in the RGV serving cold and wrong orders with horrible customer service to top it off, I'm glad I choose this location for my curbside orders. Thanks!

This location was either severely understaffed or they were just not being efficient in their duties. Over a half hour wait for one large fry

Great place, great burgers all the time! I don't eat a hamburger so often and when there's an opportunity, the Whataburger is the first choice! Try the apple pie for dessert, it's awesome!

I have gotten my order wrong 3 times through the drive through within a 2 week span. I ask for a buscuit with bacon and they always put sausage instead, mind you everyone makes mistakes, but three times? On the same exact order? Then I go ask if they can make me another buscuit and they just take off the sausage and put in bacon (which leaves the flavor of sausage in the buscuit and I absolutely hate sausage).

Best burgers in the USA! Whataburger always has friendly employees. My children love it and request it! ️

I remember when you could go to Whataburger and get a good tasting Burger plenty of meat. Well that was then and now it's not the same.they still taste good but you need to order a double meat. At which point you might as well to go to Fuddruckers

The good was good and the service was great over all experience excellent. Keep up the good job!

Came to this What a burger because I was in the area. Usual go to the one on Mayberry and old 83. "The service was good here, didn't catch the girl on the registers name, she did great for the order right except I forgot to ask for cheese. Asi pasa. Hooked up on fresh fries. As you see the pictures don't lie. Clean eating area, I always keep away from public restrooms. You know why. Gross no matter where your at.

This location sucks. They always manage to ruin my order. I only go there cuz its close to my work. The only positive thing is that they are consistant.consistantly bad

This whataburger I went to was not good. The meat in my burger was all pink and management was terrible. Never going here again

Chicken sandwich could be better. Precooked, very salty, soggy bun. Other items are better -fries, wb junior and taquitos are good

Great service, old-school location, I remember coming here in the late 80's as a kid. I never have any issues here except once which was rectified - no problem. The man that works outside in the morning cleaning the drive thru menu is very sweet. Always says good morning, waves, and wishes you a good day. That always makes me feel good

The burgers are good, the fries are excellent and the shakes or sodas are delicious. Almost everyone loves Whataburger.

Bad service, lady can’t even hear me and I was practically screaming at her and to top it off she got my order wrong probably did it on purpose really disappointed

Good service, attention if you use the window check your drinks, they like to fill them with ice living no space for drink.

So, tell my why I ordered a Large Dr Pepper only to open a cup full of ice and little to no soda. Who needs this much ice in a drink anyways? ! Not going through their drive thru ever again.
