Whataburger, San Antonio TX

I definitely love this burger joint. It's one of my favorites and is definitely better than McDonald's. Would recommend if you want a fast food meal without going above the budget. Has drive through, dine in, and take out.

I ordered just a small shake from curbside and it took them >15 minutes to get me my food. I had to call in for them to start bringing food to curbside, and when they did start they gave the car next to me my shake. It got too late and I never got my food. Terrible service. There are plenty of other Whataburger restaurants in the area to go to; do NOT go to this one.

Hands down the worst location on the Northside, accuracy rating of 0 out if 10 and the ginger manager straight up lied to me about why they "accidentally" charged me for my reward 3 weeks in a row. If ur nee to this location use the K. I. S. S strategy since that's all the manager can handle here

Burger and fries were cold. You wait in line for quite a while. It’s ok, but you expect to get hot food not cold for waiting so long. Most all whataburgers lately have had this same problem. Shut down already if you can’t serve hot food like you used to.

I was 15 minutes waiting for the order in curbside and the worker who attended me was very rude (havana)

I always get great service from them everytime I come morning, noon or night. The food is always made perfectly and always right.

So, I visit this whataburger atleast one to two times a week. Today, I drove up, ordered my food through the drive thru, the gentleman who took my order was really nice. I get my total and I couldn't find my wallet. So as I was waiting I began looking for my wallet and geez I forgot it at home. I live on the other side of town. Anywho, so I decided to order my food on the app and let them know when I pulled up to the window. Maggie was thoroughly disgusted after I told her what happened. She had this look like she was just over it. As I stated I paid for my food. All she had to do was cancel the window order and let the online order go through. I did ask her was it that serious? She was rude and said, "He'll take care of it" handed me my food, rolled her eyes and closed the window. Now how is that for customer service. I did apologize for leaving my wallet, but sheesh!

This Whataburger crushed it! My meat cookies (large beef patties) were juicy and hot, perfect! And our server, Adam, has a great personality. This young man is going places.

First of all I wanna say nice service and staff is always keep the costumer fine and welcome about their burger Wow! It so nice quality and good test.

The "bites" were a bit on the dry & hard side. Probably left too long in the fryer.

Got a burger. Last visit drove off with a single after paying for a double. Mention ed it. No help just an I'm sorry. Got my double this time.

Staff was friendly but they completely messed up my order and didn't follow 1 instruction I gave them. First location I did get fresh fries at though.

Stopped in for a burger about 6: 15 pm. Service was excellent. All staff friendly in their interactions with customers. I WILL be back! Thank you for an enjoyable meal.

Triple meat.triple cheese. Add 2 bacon and avacado.no onions.and a side of gravy and make it a large. Does that not make you want to try it. Do it!

Food wasn't bad. The staff seemed somewhat friendly. However, I specifically requested two items with my order, which were agreed to, but still didn't happen.

Ordered a no. 5 with jalapeños came home no jalapeños no condiments no napkins they slowly being like McDonald's

This is what a hamburger is supposed to be. Also the employee helping me was great! The place was clean.

I stopped in here for breakfast.
They handle their drive-thru very well and get the customer back on the road quickly.

I feel about Whataburger the way some others feel about in and out burgers. I will sit in a line of 4-6 cars if I have to.
